I had our HVAC system replaced through a program with Costco in which Glasco Heating & Air Conditioning was the contractor. Glasco made the whole process very easy. From the estimate to the day of installation I was kept updated every step of the way. The office staff was very professional and followed through on all the details. The day of installation the crew showed up on time they installed protective coverings to protect my home before the project started. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable of the systems they install and made sure we were informed and comfortable with how the new system operates. Glasco Heating & Air Conditioning did an excellent job, and I would recommend them for all HVAC needs.

Good competitive price. On time delivery. Good communication from order taking all the way to installation and starting and testing the A/C. They went beyond the contract work and bypassed the whole house humidifier to manual mode.

(Install in 2020) Had a wonderful experience with Paul and his entire team at Glasco when we needed to replace our air conditioning system. I had several very specific duct work changes I wanted and Paul made sure each change was made. The work was completed quickly, everything works great, and the price was very competitive. We had central air installed earlier this summer. I was very happy with every interaction with the company. Every scheduling/business call, everyone on site - all very professional, friendly, helpful, patient - All my questions were answered. The work was top quality, their impact to me (I work from home) was minimal, they cleaned up every spec of dust the job generated.

Glasco installed a ductless minisplit system in my garage. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly and the job was done well. Highly recommended.

Technician installed my two condenser units directly in front of my water faucet, making it very difficult to access my only water faucet in the back yard by climbing over or around the units to access the faucet. Also, sheetrock was damaged during removal of air handling unit. It's been over two months waiting to complete the repair.

I could not be happier that I chose Glasco to replace my oil furnace with a new high-efficiency Lennox gas furnace and Lennox heat pump. It was a big job - removal of the old oil furnace and oil tank also. They got everything done in a single day including arranging for the Town to inspect the new gas line. Completely professional from start to finish, knowledgeable about the State rebates and financing program. Everything was spelled out in the proposal, all my questions were answered. I can't imagine having a better experience than I had with Glasco. My new system is quiet and my house has never been more comfortable. I am writing this after several 90 degree plus days with more to come. I'm so glad they were able to schedule my install when they did. I'm sure I will be just as happy with the new gas furnace in the cold weather. A big Thank You to everyone at Glasco. Highly recommend.

Glasco installed a new IBC heating system which also provides hot water. This is probably ranked in the best top 10 of home improvements done to any home. The work was done professionally in two days with no inconvenience to us.

I upgraded my AC a few years ago so when my boiler almost died last winter... there was only one company to call! Glasco was great from discussing my needs, pricing, and quality workmanship. You can not go wrong asking Glasco to come to your home!!
