    Guys came in, did a good job trying to install a new system into an old house, which, for what its worth is challenge enough. Definitely had to get the system they installed tuned in with about 2 months of waiting and server visits from different technicians but again, old house so I'm sure that is what caused the difficulties in the first place. Great Company, very responsive, even if they didn't get it right the first time they worked the problem until it works more like it supposed too. Great unit though.

    The inspector that inspected our new home had 2 concerns about the HVAC system that he felt needed to be addressed prior to the closing. One was uneven airflow/cooling between the first and second floor and the second was rust in the HVAC system secondary to a condensate leak. Glasco came out and checked/cleaned the system and no major concerns were discovered. Those two issues continue to haunt us. We had a remodeling company remodel the upstairs bathrooms and they commented on how they had to crank the AC to get it cool upstairs and suggested that we contact the HVAC company. They were drenched in sweat! After I called Glasco, I got a call from the service manager who called me at work and lectured me about my expectations and told me if they didn't find anything the service call would be charged to us. They came, directed some more airflow to the upstairs and charged me for the service call. No real change. I subsequently put a ceiling fan in the upstairs office area which seems to be helping. If little can be done, that's ok, but to charge for a concern that was raised before the closing and to lecture me at work in a condescending tone was not appropriate.
    Last week, we had another HVAC company come to maintain the HVAC system and they found the same rust stain that they attributed to a leak from the inducer motor, which will cost hundreds of dollars to replace. He said it’s been there for a while (we've only been in the house for 4-5 months) and was one of the reasons we wanted the HVAC system checked before the closing. I left a message at Glasco for them to call me, left a voice mail and got no response. I finally called back again and eventually spoke to another service person, who again spent most of the time arguing with me and then acknowledged that they couldn’t even check the inducer motor during the initial service call because it was the summertime. I just got fed up and terminated the call.
    Is it unreasonable for a company to stand behind their service call?? Instead, they chose to argue and deflect and at one point denigrate the customer. Both issues that were raised prior to the closing were not dealt with properly, resulting in additional costs to us. The confrontational attitude just added insult to the injury.

    I was very surprised with the owners response to my review. Glasco was aware that the reason for the initial call by the previous owner was to respond to the inspectors report. They asked for pictures of the issues be sent to them prior to their service call by the previous owner and they were indeed sent to them. They did not address the issues raised by the report appropriately and as a result we were responsible for the $900 bill (which would have been paid by the previous owner if Glasco had done their job properly) Even the initial invoice by Glasco states that they were responding to a " condensate leak and not cooling", the 2 issues that were raised by the inspector. This company has significant credibility issues and I would avoid them at all cost!!!

    I also resent the implication that I was calling them to get free service. What I wanted was to understand why they were unable to properly diagnose the issues that were presented to them, which resulted in additional cost to us. Instead they chose to be antagonist and outright lie. This is one of only 2 negative reviews I've written on google. I firmly stand behind this review and would be very cautious using a company that dances around the truth!!!!

    Tim (sales) and then Jeff, Frankie and Brian from Glasco did a fantastic job replacing our old AC system with new Lennox air handler, condenser, line-set and thermostat. They also added a second return and register to improve air circulation. This crew definitely works like a well-oiled machine! both my wife and I were very impressed, so we definitely recommend Glasco.

    Used Glasco for our AC system and liked their service and clean up afterwards. Also used them recently on our new oil heat system. Very happy and satisfied with their installation and follow up service. All prices were reasonable and within two other estimates given.

    We had our furnace and air conditioning replaced. Things went very smooth. We had one issue that was taken care of the next morning. On a Saturday.

    We had Glasco come out to do a quote. We were interested in high velocity but we’re not sure what the right system for our home was.

    The individual from Glasco seemed upset upon arrival. Before entering the house said we couldn’t do the job. They said high velocity systems are horrible. Then when I asked if a different system would work he said no, that was probably our only option.

    Then without warning, or looking at the house, said I’m goin pass and left.

    If your looking to get work done there are a lot of other providers out there that have better customer service. Look elsewhere.

    Our experience with Glasco Heating and Air, was very good. from the very first phone call to meeting with Tim in sales to Paul coming in to go over the lay out and field measure, we received straight forward answers to our questions, and were provided with information pertinent to our project, and not bombarded with a lot of "fluff" that can be distracting. We never felt pressured into anything, and we are grateful at their willingness to work with our schedule and building constraints. As far as the installation, We had just had our only snow storm of the season there was 8 to 10 inches of snow on the ground and half of the work was outside, and it was 2 day's before Christmas, The Tech's Franky and Cisco that did our install were an absolute pleasure to have working on our home. they were friendly, polite, super clean, informative, efficient as could be, there workmanship was admirable, I have been in Construction for 48 years and don't use that term often, and gave us a very clear and unhurried lesson on how to operate the system . They left not only our home, but also the exterior immaculate, and I do mean immaculate. My wife and I would like to Thank them all for making this a pleasurable experience. Peter Caron

    What a great job Cisco, his son Frankie, and the fellow from Tine Dale Electric, whose name I can't remember, did on the mini-split system installation at our house recently. They were on-time, pleasant to work with, very considerate of not making a mess, answered all of our questions and seemed to work very efficiently. They completed the job in one day, which was great, and so far, even though it's too cool outside to test the air conditioning, the system seems to be working, at least on the heating side.

    This is the second major install of a system Glasco has done for us at our house. Everyone's been easy to work with. Thank you for the great service!
