We have used Balance Point twice this year, once for cooling & heating. We are so thankful for the thoroughness, the relational nature, and the skill we have experienced with multiple employees of this company. The amount of time given to us in answering questions, showing us exactly what is going to happen, and answering late night phone calls I haven't found anywhere like I have found it here. We had our furnace fail, right before hosting Thanksgiving for 11 additional people, and Balance Point made it so easy to get the furnace installed before the holiday. We have worked with Callen (whole house fan), Ben (furnance), Jim (furnace servicing) and Tristan and crew (install). They have all gone above and beyond. I absolutely would recommend and have recommended Balance Point.

Balance Point Heating is excellent. Not only were they on-time, Jim actually called and was ahead of schedule and made sure that worked for me as well. He was prompt, friendly, and informative. Definitely a good/trustworthy company.

Callen and his team are truly top notch!! They installed a whole house fan for us and it works great! The install team was courteous, professional, and clean. Callen and the office personnel were prompt in their responses and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. A big thank you to the entire Balance Point team!! I would recommend them to anybody looking for HVAC install, maintenance, and/or repair and will be giving them all of my business in the future.

Mick and August were professional and efficient when it came to the install. Don came to service my furnace and did such an amazing job with cleaning the blower and motor that they look brand new! We have been using Balance Point since they opened their doors for business. We get two maintenance visits per year and occasionally need them for additional services. Balance Point went above and beyond in recent service and installation of our new furnace. We were able to get same-day service on our initial call, and after our furnace was pronounced DOA, we were quickly given a range of good price options for a new furnace. Callen, Cole, and Ryan were efficient and friendly throughout the installation process, and we absolutely LOVE our new furnace. They've been very helpful in guiding us through the process for getting rebates as well.

On Jan 14 we had a heater & AC installed.all the guys and receptionist were very prompt in getting heating installed for us. We live in a modular home had a hard time locating the right one for our home but in the meantime while waiting to find one they brought us space heaters to use. all the service men were very kind and courteous and answered any questions we had Ben was very helpful in helping us get the right one he even came over after hours to tell us about the price and other details that we needed to know. Was always in contact with us every day letting us know the progress. Was very apologetic for the length of time it took to get the right one for us.Jackie I think was her name was very prompt in letting us know when the guys would arrive. Don and his helper were very prompt in getting the heater installed. They cleaned up everything and explained how to open the filter cage and explained how often we should change the filter and where we could find replacements as it was different than our original filters we will be happy to recommend Balance Point to any one who needs heater or ACs, it was pleasure working with the team Thank you so much Patty and Tim

I was referred to Balance Point through my insurance. My appliance insurance company was horrible but they did end up getting me to a excellent company in Balance Point. Ryan came out and was professional and knowledgeable. He was very informative and made sure the work was done properly. I am sorry they had to deal with my former insurance company but I would highly recommend this company to anyone. a+++
