I wish Balance Point did more than HVAC and Water Heaters. They are a fantastic company. I have worked with them twice for my business and twice for my home. Jim is one of the best service technicians around. He is incredibly knowledgeable and explains things in a way you understand and can make educated decisions. Travis has worked with me on a project for my studio and on installing our new water heater. He has an incredible work ethic and his customer service skills are outstanding. In the office, I have worked with Jackee and she is so helpful with follow through emails, texts, and with billing questions. This entire company should run for presidency.

Anthony Saint-Roberts and Julio Diaz did an excellent job installing our Quiet Cool Whole House Fan and QC Roof Mount Attic Fan. They explained the process and answered my questions, did a professional job and did a very good job cleaning up before they left. We’re ready for the summer heat this year!

We have used Balance Point for new heating and air conditioning and then a new fan/light fixture for a guest bathroom which was an emergency project. They got here fast for the estimate, picked the perfect fixture and got it done before our guests arrived. They are dynamite! A couple of years ago, we had a humidifier added to the system and they just came to tune it up.

Having been in sales for 30 years, I am very aware what good SERVICE entails. If i could give BalPoint 11 stars, I would!!! I hired BP to install a new ductless mini-split a/c system(Mitsubishi). From every aspect of consultation (Ben was professional/thorough in evaluating thermal dynamics & our needs), to the awesome install team (Anthony & Alex were respectful & patient, and as the install had its challenges, stayed until 7pm to finish & start system), to the final customer satisfaction review on site (Adam was great, and added the extra refrigerant needed due to our long line sets, without even questioning this expense to company), I/we could just not be more impressed, and incredibly happy we chose BP for this large investment! Follow up in the office was great, and original bid was honored 100%, even with extra time/materials not included in bid. This business is a great example of how to perform good service & customer satisfaction! Not the cheapest BUT, I am confident they provide the best over all VALUE in the HVAC space in NoCO. I needed to replace my 32 year-old heater, and install a new air conditioner. I also had a complicated issue with an addition built by previous owners on concrete slab that they did not install heating ducts to when originally constructed. Ben offord a great solution that was cost effective to get heating and air conditioning in into that part of the home. Anthony and Alex spent a couple of days on this project, and were kind and considerate of the time and interruption. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, and when the project was done I felt secure in having chosen Balance Point to do this project.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I cannot give a 5 star rating just for that since Lennox, that they represent, was disappointing. The Lennox iComfort thermostat failed much earlier than furnace. And it cost $278 to confirm that and throw a dip switch to allow me to install $23 Honeywell thermostat rather than another error prone $1300 Lennox thermostat.

Worked with Ben on a new furnace and water heater. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Delivery and installation went very smooth. Mick and David were very knowledgeable and professional as well. I would definitely recommend Balance Point over other Heating/AC companies.

Our experience has been with Ken and Jim. Ken came in on a Saturday just to make sure the horrible sounds our furnace was making didn't signal a death knell. And we never were billed. He fixed the problem through astute judgement of potential problems and some cleaning. Then he asked us to call in the next few daysl if the sounds came back. They didn't but we followed Ken's advice that we get a thorough maintenance service call. Jim came to that call and carefully cleaned and adjusted our furnace. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful. The service call wasn't cheap but was comparable to our past experiences and was of very high value. We had such a good experience that we have signed on for annual servicing. Keep up the great service, guys!
