Balance Point Heating & Air Conditioning

Was looking to replace a 20-year old furnace and AC with super high-efficiency. I very much appreciated the on-the-level type approach. I never felt like anyone was hiding anything or behind low-ball prices. Ben was a straight shooter, prices were not the lowest but not unreasonable and options were given. Rebate programs fully explained and how they affected different options. And zero percent financing is a real bonus in these times and very simple process to work through. Mick and team are the best installers for sure! An Issue noted by the inspector was resolved with a simple phone call from Balance Point and confirmation that it was a non-issue to begin with. It would be hard to believe that with the quality of workmanship that Mick brings to the table, that there would ever really be an inspection issue. We had our furnace and AC replaced and we are very pleased with the experience. We couldn't be happier with the system that was installed in our house. All of the employees from the system designer to the installers were very professional. We had a couple of snags but Balance Point corrected them very promptly. I would have given them 5 stars but I feel that there communication with the customer could be better, but I would absolutely recommend Balance Point to anyone looking for HVAC service.

My furnace stopped working and Balance Point dispatched a technician that same afternoon. I received timely status updates from the desk staff, and when Don arrived he was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem with parts he had on-hand. He took the time to explain the issue and demonstrate some troubleshooting/maintenance steps that I can take in the future. I rent my home, and Don was able to point out some issues with my system and duct work that I can address with my landlord to save on my heating bill. I had a great experience with Don and Balance point, and would gladly recommend.

Our water heater stopped working. We called Balance Point at 8:00 am and a tech arrived at 9:00 and by 10:00 he had it working again. He also told us (what we already knew) that. The. 20 year old heater needed to be replaced and gave us a quote. They called the next day saying they had a replacement water heater and could install in a day or three. We chose the. 3 day wait for our convenience. They showed up as promised and quickly and efficiently installed the new water heater. All three of the techs who helped us were very professional and personal. They continue to be the plumbing/heating company we love working with.

These guys were awesome! I was in the market for a whole house fan b/c my AC unit does next to nothing to keep my second floor cool at night. They came out and got a quote for me in no time and all and the installation team, Anthony and another guy whose name I forgot because I have a bad memory, were fast, professional, and true craftsman. I am very impressed with how quickly they got this unit installed and how easily they did it. Great guys, I would highly recommend if you have any intentions to get a whole attic fan.

This company is so good!! I called when we had a deep freeze and my house was only 47 degrees. They came over that day, found the problem immediately. Prior to this I had had problems for years with the furnace and no one ( 4 other HVAC companies) diagnosed it correctly. Here is what I like about these folks: They were fast, efficient, super professional, great communication, made promises that they delivered on, and just super super helpful. They really care about their clients and deliver fantastic customer service. I will be recommending them to other friends family and clients of my own!!

We had just moved here from a more temperate part of the country, and hadn't had to mess with heaters or AC too much. The previous owners of the house had used Balance Point so I gave them a call. They were incredibly professional on the phone and in person. Dmitri, the technician who came out to clean and prep everything was very knowledgeable and competent. Balance Point replaced my Heater, AC and Humidifier. Bill and Callen are knowledgeable about the products they sell and install. They're not pushy salespeople. They recommended one system they thought was best for our home but gave us the opportunity to purchase any of the systems they sell.

Installation went well, was timely, and their installer did an excellent job fixing issues with the existing ductwork. The system looks great and functions well. I'm very pleased we went with their recommended system.; the furnace is quiet, keeps the home within one degree of the set temperature, is remarkably efficient, and the thermostat works seamlessly with the installed systems.
