Balance Point Heating & Air Conditioning

Anthony and Alex installed a whole house humidifier for us. It was done professionally and the work was impeccable. I would highly recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs. The office staff (Jenny) was very responsive and accommodating.

Balance Point was professional from the very first contact. An email confirmed the appointment and made commitments for outstanding customer service. The appointment to survey the property and make an estimate was set up for a specific time, not a 4 hour window. The estimate was delivered within hours. The installers were neat, polite and efficient. The final job looks like it was part of the original construction. We are very pleased.

We just had a Lennox dual fuel (i.e., backup propane furnace and electric heat pump) air source heat pump installed by Alex Bowman and Anthony Saint-Roberts with Balance Point Heating and Air Conditioning. They were amazing problem-solvers as they wrangled the inside parts of the system into our very tiny utility closet with so little room to spare or maneuver. They were patient, kind-hearted, very professional, answered all our questions, and clearly intent on getting it all done just right, regardless of how nearly impossible it likely felt or how much time it took to work on site with sheet metal to custom build various duct/plenum sections so it would all fit the way it should so the system would run at its peak efficiency. They persevered until every detail was taken care of. We so appreciated their dedication. Ben, the salesperson we worked with, was also very patient and answered every one of our endless questions with generous explanations and reassurances. Karen in the office helped us out with issues we had accessing online paperwork from the financing company too. Now the new system is quietly purring along and we already feel more comfortable. We would recommend this company and our “A-Plus” Team of Alex and Anthony with all thumbs up!

Balance Point installed a Quiet Cool whole house fan and smart attic roof fan system. Everyone at Balance point, from the first call, kept me informed and set the expectations. Alex, Dave and Anthony were polite, professional and conscientious while installing. After the installation, they took the time to explain the proper operation in detail with me. A great experience and I will recommend them.

After getting three bids for a whole house fan that were nearly identical, I chose Balance Point because their initial representative, Ben Hazelet, was very knowledgeable. Had I needed additional venting in the attic, and they would test for it, they had someone who could provide it. Today Dave Crownover, the technician, was right on time. He got right to work, showed me exactly where the fan would be installed, and got it in carefully. Afterward he showed me how to use it and the various options. He cleaned up thoroughly, I paid, and he was out the door. I could not be happier with Ben, Dave, and Balance Point.

Came very quickly when our thermostat went out-great customer service! Clean and expedient installation and explanation of how to work the device. Balance Point went out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied with a follow up phone call, and again when we returned from vacation to ensure everything was till working. So satisfied compared to two other local providers that we signed up for maintenance with Balance Point instead. Professional, clean, timely, knowledgeable. We highly recommend them!
