Installation techs Mick and Dave were timely, efficient and did very high quality work installing our dual fuel system. They worked very well as a team and cleaned up very well after each work day. I would highly recommend Mick and Dave and the Balance Point team for any new install.

Our furnace finally bit the dust right before the last storm came. Callen and his crew were more than accommodating considering the short notice. They had a great sense of urgency and were back to install the new unit in no time. Thankfully saving us right before it started to snow.

Alex and Anthony were immensely knowledgeable while installing the new unit. They walked us through all of our new features and made sure we knew everything we needed before they left. They explained the whole install process and actually went above and beyond with fabricating new duct work to custom fit our home.

The job was done in a very timely manner and they were very respectful in our home. No pushy sales and made sure we had the best option for what we needed. Not to mention GREAT financing.

We are so happy with the new furnace, AC unit and humidifier. The thermostat is beyond its time with all of the awesome features. We highly recommend Balance Point and their staff! Great job guys!!!!

The team at Balance Point was wonderful! We were without heat and they scheduled an appointment the same day. Dave identified the problem, found the replacement part, and was here the next morning. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this company!

Anthony and the other technician did an excellent job with our recent AC install. Some problems popped up and the guys had to get a little creative. I'm sure their patience was tested but they got the job done, kept us in the loop with what was going on and gave us a rundown of everything after they were finished. We really appreciated it!

Ben was our point of contact before install and he was really quick to check in or reply back with any questions we had. Overall a positive experience and we are super happy to finally have central air!

I called Balance Point to have a tech come check my furnace since it was having trouble firing up. Tyler was able to get me on the schedule with Adam quickly. While Adam was here I had him check the AC. He found a couple issues with both and was able to fix them on the same visit for a great price. I would definitely recommend Balance Point and their team for any service/repairs and they'll be my first call when its time to replace my system.

Went from a request for a quote to a completed installation in just a few days. New whole house humidifier installed. Technicians (Anthony and Alex) were courteous, timely, neat and professional. The Installers did a great job. They were tidy, professional, courteous and overall amazing. They taught us how to use our new fan and cleaned up construction dust after their work was done. They even went the extra mile letting us know about a disconnected vent in our attic (for a different system) and helped us get to the source of it. Much appreciated! I had them install a Whole House Fan last week. The installers, Tristan & Jesse were on time, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. So far, so good, and I haven't had to run my A/C since!

I called Balance Point to have them add a 2-unit Mini-split system for my home. I chose them because of the prior work that they performed for me. Anthony, Steven, and Julio were great installers. I also dealt with Ben (salesperson) again. Very happy with their work!

I recently had a QuietCool Stealth Pro X Whole House Fan and a Honeywell HE250 BYPASS HUMIDIFIER installed in my home. The folks at Balance Point Heating were great. The two installers, Anthony and Alex, were super efficient, keeping me informed of their progress throughout the installation. Friendly, personable and efficient, they are a credit to their company. I could not be more pleased with the quality of their work.

Last November I had both a Mitsubishi floor mounted and a wall mounted mini-split system installed. I don't recall the names of the installers on that occasion but they were excellent too. Ben Hazelet evaluated our needs for house cooling and came up with a great plan. I love the Mitsubishi units. I used them frequently for supplemental heating during the winter months but have already had to use them for cooling on the sunnier days. They seem extraordinarily efficient.
