Just finished a large installation for mini-splits in a 100-year-old home.
Ben did a thorough job presenting alternatives, and I learned a lot. Only problem was with supply chain issues beyond their control, which delayed the project.
Crew was on time every day, personable, and tidy.
Office staff was attentive and great to work with, too.
Even the City Building Inspector was extremely complimentary about how well the work was done and how great everything looked, too!

The team of Jordan(Sales), Mick and Jacob(installation) responsible for the replacement of a furnace and air conditioner were outstanding and professional. The installation is a work of art with exceptional attention to details. Most review of quality HVAC equipment tend to be favorable. Issues seem to be a result of improper installation. BP H&C seem to know what to focus on to insure problem free performance. Even a nice box to hold all the pertinent documents.

Of course our furnace would die during a massive cold front. When I originally called I was told they were booked. VERY quickly I got a call back. The supervisor (I believe Jonathon, but it was early and I was cold) had anticipated such situations and had a guy with a cleared schedule. Mind you these calls were happening at 5:45a.m. . Dave came out a couple hours later and got us all taken care of. He was kind courteous and explained everything politely as he went. NOW WE HAVE HEAT! Whick I really appreciate.

We had a brand new HVAC system installed in our home this Spring. Callen and his crew were wonderful to work with and the work was done professionally and on schedule. We so enjoyed doing business with him and Balance Point that when one of our units at our store finally stopped working, I called Callen once again for a quote. He quoted the job, secured me great financing and started installation within a week! No other company offered that kind of promise or subsequent service. Needed help after we discovered this Spring (2023) that our A/C wasn’t creating cold air. Dave and am assistant came out and yes, after having some electrical work done the week prior, the breaker had been turned off. Always make sure the darn thing is actually turned on before calling for service! Dave did clean the unit coil and make sure all was in great operating condition. Did a great job, quick, and didn’t make me feel like an idiot for not checking the breaker box first! This is my only option in town for heating and A/C, period!

Balance Point technicians (Ben, Mick, Anthony and Julio) were courteous and pleasant from the first. They were prompt and professional from providing our bid through installation. They installed our whole house and attic fans in a relatively short time (3 hours) and carefully cleaned up afterwards. They were very responsive to any questions and concerns and instructed us in system operation. Fan openings into the house are unobtrusive and nice looking, and the fans are running quietly. We are looking forward to their great operation and good value going forward.

We discovered a little problem with the condensation drain on one of our room units. We called Balance Point for service. They had a technician on a job in our area and made every effort to expedite our call. Dave Crownover came over directly following his scheduled service call. Dave quickly diagnosed the situation and used his technical knowledge, experience and ingenuity to find a effective and creative solution. The entire time he was on site with me he was genuinely polite and engaging. We discovered a common interest and he shared several tips with me that have checked out that saved me money. By the end of his service call the problem was resolved superior to the original situation and I had several leads to explore for my Jeep and the sense that I had a new acquaintance out on the trail. Based on my experience with Dave I would highly recommend Balance Point.

We needed to replace a failing furnace/AC system. After shopping four different companies in Fort Collins we initially decided on another company where we were expecting to have equipment installed for a fair amount less, however the equipment that was quoted, turned out to be unavailable. Bear in mind that this decision was not made in haste or concern over professional ability but out of financial, lets say bang for the buck reasons. After learning that the equipment was not available and would not be available till early 2023, I learned that the MOST IMPORTANT question to ask when getting a quote is, "can you get the equipment you quoted?"

Well a return call to Ben at Balance Point was in order. I had some trepidation as I had just a day earlier declined their quote. He was gracious and we discussed our situation and he acknowledged that he had seen long lead times in the industry for equipment that Balance Point doesn't install. We expressed a budget concern and Ben put together another quote for us that was more budget friendly to our situation. We chose different equipment than what was on our first quote and ended up with a great quality unit, both furnace with new filter box and AC installed. The new units are much quieter than the initial units and the efficiencies are increased over the older 15 year old units so we hope to see a little savings on utilities.

Let me say that when Ben originally came out to visit, he explained everything from heat pumps, dual fuel system to budget friendly simple systems with no pressure to pick one over another. He then did some measurements to calculate a heat load on our home for putting together his quotes. Very knowledgeable guy!!

The install team Mick and Steven were courteous and on time. The installation was done with a professionalism that shows pride in workmanship. These guys care about their work, it's their signature. Our new system installation looks much more professional than what our builders installers had left us with for 15 years. Mick and Steven tidied up plumbing for drains, the wiring for power and controls so they were not hanging loose and looking unkempt. After our installation was complete we were scheduled for commissioning with their techs.

Couldn't be happier with them. My hot water heater recently went out and Balance Point was quick to get out there and make sure I could replace it right away. I decided it was time to replace my ancient furnace and air conditioner at the same time. They offered several alternatives at various price points, explained the differences between them, and helped coordinate several rebates my final system selections were eligible for. Due to the design of my home, the space available install the system was limited and offered some challenges which they adapted to and handled with ease. They worked late on a Friday to make sure everything was up and running so I could use it if necessary over the weekend. Anthony and Julio were very professional while installing a whole house fan. They were on time, kept a clean work area and installed the fan in the exact location I wanted it. The entire process was very smooth and I would not hesitate to have them out again.
