CRAZY expensive! There is a $79 consultation fee for a quote, which isn't unreasonable if the quote is realistic. My water heater went out on Friday an I wanted to take the opportunity to upgrade to a tankless water heater. The price they quoted was over 300% higher than the next two companies I had look at it. 15 minutes of phone calls after they left the house saved me $10,000!! I had to pay these guys $79 to waste my time and force a consultation fee to cover the employees time. Such a rip off.

We used Patrick from JT plumbing after our sump pump burned up during heavy rain. We experienced nearly 2000 gallons of water in our crawlspace, but Patrick was available within 12 hours of our flooding. Other companies said it would be at least Tuesday or Wednesday when our issue happened on Friday! We really appreciated the attention to detail, professionalism, and prompt arrival and work from JT plumbing. We will definitely be using you again, and we really appreciated Patrick taking the time to talk to use about proper wordage and explanation of repairs to assist in getting insurance to approve our claim as well. When we were looking at plumbers to help replace our water heater many of them mentioned how pricey JT was, and while they were expensive, we felt that it turned out to be worth it. Our technician Michael was professional, very nice and accommodating, and got the job done well! The thing that stood out the most to me in JT’s service was the efficiency with which they were able to get the water heater replaced.

We submitted a message through JT’s website over the weekend to request installation of a sump pump and three days later the job was done! Our house did not have a discharge pipe and the guys from JT developed a creative plan to install a line at a really reasonable price. The guys were courteous and prompt and, most importantly, they did great work.

Mike was great! I’m still waiting to hear back from the office to schedule drywall and tile estimate though. Mike was told in front of me that she would reach out to schedule for today but I still haven’t received a call back?

Patrick was great. He walked me through the process of replacing my water heater and the different options. The cost was higher than I expected, but Patrick explained their pricing. Overall a great experience.

Will and Steven were both very polite, arrived on time. They wore show covers every time they were in the home. Steven did a very good job explaining everything. Not everything went exactly as planned as with all construction, however they took the time to make everything right with minimal impact to my family.

I was not there during the search for the leak and repair but Willard and Steve were on the phone with me practically the entire time! Wish I could have met them in person as they treated me so kindly! Really good guys! You should be very proud to have them, JT Plumbing!

After waiting a couple of weeks for them to show up to do a commercial underground job some guy dressed more like business meeting walked in with his hands in his pockets looked at the concrete cuts in the hole and said yeah I need more concrete broken call my office to reschedule walked out. Now how does that help me after waiting 2 weeks? He did stick around long enough to lear at my female project manager and hit on her. So unprofessional.
