When my furnace failed and all my pipes froze I’d called JT Plumbing for the repairs. They did a remarkable job! As they explained, many times other issues appear once the initial problem Is repaired. My showers spray was diminished and the water temperature was only luke warm. Similar issue happened with the kitchen faucet. It seemed strange to me but I called JT Plumbing and they sent Jaron out to check it out. He knew at once that it was a failed valve causing both issues. It was necessary for him to cut a hole in my bedroom wall to gain access to the shower valve mechanism. He completed the job neatly and professionally. The kitchen faucet wasn’t as invasive but was completed with the same expertise. Jaron is so thorough and takes such pride in his work. All the work he did for me was done with the same attention to detail. I highly recommend him.

Roy was amazing! Our boiler went out on one of those crazy cold days (-8F at the time). I was shocked and elated when JT Plumbing was able to send someone out within two hours of my first call. Roy came by and had our boiler up and running in no time. The prices were fair and we really couldn’t have been happier with the fast, friend, and professional service that we received.

Very professional. Jessie went through many options and price points for repair after assessing the problems related to the leak we had. He fixed everything today and told me what he was doing so I could understand. Great service! Will use again.

Jason came out for a quote on a whole home water filtration system. He was on time, great to talk with, explained everything and answered all questions, and gave us an unbeatable price we are moving forward with. Highly recommend.

I can’t speak for the quality of their work, however, I can let you know that this company charges 2X to their competitors which have been in business 30+ years. I had them come out to check on our basement to add a sump pump. I got a quote from them and then called another company to compare… JTs price was literally double for the exact same work. Please do your due diligence and get multiple quotes. What JT quoted is absolutely ridiculous and borderline unethical.I will never call them again.

Extremely disappointed. Had a last minute need and the was way over charged and the work completed didn’t even fix the problem. Tried to discuss my disappointment with two different people. Their biggest concern was that I pay them, which unfortunately I did.

Micah was great! He was on time, very thorough and I appreciate that he explained what was going on and went through all of my options. Very impressed with the service today and will definitely recommend and use this company again in the future!

These guys are awesome! Spent a whole day here and only because they would find another problem and fix it. Very honest too! Rob was here on time at 815 and was here till 830 at night! He called in for help later in the day, help showed up, and they all worked hard on it! We live in a very old house so our plumbing is a little different than what any plumber is used to seeing. Tyler was down working in some stuff that was not so pleasant and they still never gave up! Our what we thought was a small problem, turned into a very large project. They were determined to fix it though!

Will and Jesus were very knowledgeable and professional in their evaluation of our water pressure problem. They were thorough and quickly found the problem. I am impressed that they wear shoe covers so they don't track in water or leaves. Our system is now operating perfectly thanks to their expertise. They are top notch employees.
