Rob was timely, shared details that helped me understand the problem, and worked with me on pricing. JT plumbing was quick to respond and I really appreciated that, since it was an emergency repair.

Their technician stood us up - twice - and they called to reschedule a third time. I told them not to bother and that I was calling another company instead. The very next day, I received a call from the technician stating they were "on their way" so I told him I'd already had a company or that actually kept their appointment time and gave THAT company my business for replacing my water heater instead. I told him if he did decide to show up, I wouldn't open my door after a week of attempting to get them out with a burst water heater. Worst plumbing company I've ever had the displeasure of attempting to work with.

Won't ever waste my time on this company again.

Jaron came and assessed the situation and gave us some options of what he thought could be wrong and things he would like to try. He allowed me to make the choice that best suited my situation. I really appreciated his attentiveness to my situation.

Master plumber rob came in and absolutely showed the leak who's boss.
It was a broken sewage line (Gross) and he came in, took a look at two pipes grabbed his tools and literally 20 minutes later had the issue gone and the mess that both he and I the day before made gone. A real Chad with a bright future too!

We have a leak with our tankless water unit, and are trying to have solutions for a fix, whether it be repair or replacement. The technician simply shined a light in the unit, confirmed there was a leak, and did nothing else stating he could not pinpoint the leak therefore the was nothing he could do. The tech was speculating about the plumber that installed it and not providing any solutions to our problem. Speculating on why or how the warranty doesn’t show up does not help our problem. Even if a warranty is expired or can’t be located, it doesn’t mean the unit is not fixable. He refused to tear the unit apart at all to fix it or even inspect it. All of this upset my wife to the brink of tears because we have been without water for a week now and we feel as though we are being “jerked around”.

Our sewer got backed up, our house is 1959, so we are no stranger to sewer issues. We had live sewage in our house and after calling multiple plumbers, JT was the only one who could see us right away. In the past we’ve used Roto Rooter. JT plumbing ran the roto rooter and nothing was fixed so the plan was to have another appointment to use the camera/scope. Now, Roto Rooter that’s all one visit - roto root the line and camera. JT Plumbing charged $650 for the roto rooter yesterday and wanted upwards of $400 for a scope today. I called Roto Rooter, they offer both of these services in one visit for under $200!!!! We got ripped off!!!! I am upset.

They were quickly in responding and came out quickly. From placing the order to servicing, TOTALLY professional and customer oriented. I will DEFINITELY USE THEIR SERVICES

Will Krick was awesome, stopped by for a clogged drain pipe and he was able to help me out. He was transparent with me with other issues he found but was willing to find a way to get me by. Overall great experience.

These guys are great. Super fast response, very professional and helpful. It was a big job that took digging up most of the sewer line in the yard and replacing it. It only took them 2 days! And it was minimal time of having no plumbing while they were doing it. I would highly recommend them. Our plumber was John and he was great. He deserves 5 stars!
