Cris arrived promptly when he said he would be there. He was very courteous and professional and analyzed my water heater problem and we went over options. He offered me discounts to help with cost of the new water heater and came the following morning knowing I had a full afternoon of errands and installed the new water heater. The installation included upgrades that my original water heater did not have when installed a couple years before by the homes builder / contractor. Very pleased and would highly recommend JT Plumbing to anyone needing a qualified plumber!

Had a great experience with Shane and Rob finding and fixing our leak from our upstairs bathroom. They were professional, courteous, and didn’t stop until they identified and then replaced the parts needed.

We scheduled some HVAC inspection and maintenance and unfortunately discovered a leak in a duct! The employees were professional and voiced concern, asked about carbon monoxide detectors, as we could have harmful gasses leaking into our home. We were able to schedule the repair the same day. Very happy with the service we received.

Shane did a great job quickly finding the problem we had and explaining it clearly. He was very polite and trustworthy, and was able to get our fix done the same week. I would recommend Shane and JT PHA to anyone with Plumbing, Heating or Air needs.

I was to busy as a contractor to do this so I
Called them The tech told 385 for simple drain cleaning or upgrades to 1000.00 he did not get it done and want 385. I told the old manager i would pay 250.00 for job not complete.

update 1/30 2023 the new manager Steve called and apologized for the plumber who tried to do the job and gave me a full refund . now this is how a good company dose business . thank you for being stand up

2 Service people arrived within 10min of receiving the text of their arrival. They were efficient at their task. I felt safe the entire appointment. Definitely, give JT plumbing 🪠

JT Plumbing cleaned my A/C and heating unit. They did a wonderful and thorough job for a low introductory rate. I am very pleased.
