We own an old house in old town Fort Collins. We had a backed up sewer from the house to almost the street of mud, tree roots, huge job. Anthony came out about 1 hour after we called. He was amazing. He and his crew stayed on it all day came really early the next morning and finally the sewer was running smooth. Amazing company and amazing workers. Thanks Anthony!!

Our warranty had just expired and we found a pipe leaking. They were able to work with us and offered a great deal and membership. They are consistently professional, responsive and great at communicating all of our options and pricing details.

Like the other reviews were saying, this company charge horrendous hourly fee, mine was line $600/hour, which is way too much even in this post pandemic world. On top of that, the technician seems incompetent. They came to check a pump, but they did not even try to bypass the float switch(just need to unplug the float switch cord and only plug in the pump cord). The pump turn out to be fine and it's just the float switch became loose. Luckily my tenant didn't end up using their replacement service which the quote was $3600.

I would like to start off by thanking Steve for the amazing service over the phone. JT’s had a scheduling issue but Steve was able to get someone out to my home first thing the next morning. Will showed up and got the job done in about 45 minutes. I appreciated that he respected my home by wearing shoe covers and taking care to make sure no messes were left. Something to note is JT’s plumbing charges a flat rate for services so whether it takes them 45 minutes or 4 hours to clear your drain, you pay the same price you agreed to. Thanks again!

Very professional, friendly…explained entire process of repair and presented damaged parts. Repairs were done correctly and did not take long.

Guys were great, had a frozen pipe burst on Christmas Eve (Saturday). They answered the phone on Christmas and scheduled work on Tuesday and had leak found and repairs done with-in 1 hour.

Shane was very polite and professional. He explained everything he was doing and asked if we had any questions. I highly recommend Shane and JT plumbing . We will be returning in the future.

Rob Lane is a certified master plumber that fixed our new AO Smith Proline XE 50 gallon gas water heater. After installation, the water heater quit working after ~4 hours and displayed an error code with the apparently defective gas valve controller unit. A 2nd unit was obtained which also failed. Finally, a 3rd unit was installed which was successful. Rob was very helpful and understanding answering my questions. He came back to our home with the 2nd unit late in the evening (after 6:00pm) and worked on our new water heater for over an hour…without success since the replacement unit was also defective. Rob returned the following morning with a 3rd unit and got our new water heater up and running. Rob was on the phone frequently with the supply company, the manufacturer, and his manager to solve our issue. He prioritized our problem and made it right. (I question the quality control of these gas valve controller units that AO Smith uses however!)

JT plumbing is always so responsive, especially with matters concerning keeping the doors open to my business. Matt and Jesus were fantastic to work with and I highly recommend them and the entire team.
