Our tub was repeatedly leaking, and our tech figured out it was actually a water pressure issue! He quickly and professionally solved the issue within just a few hours, and it was reasonably priced. The company as a whole is very communicative and professional.

Do not use. They will tell you some insane price but not until they've come to your house and try to charge you a diagnostic fee... They haven't even looked at the unit and we're telling me a price that I asked on the phone for and was told they couldn't.. Feels like a scam. Stay away.

I had a pipe start leaking. Called JT and they were able to manage the issue within 24hrs. Crew was informative, clean and very professional.

Kitchen valve and faucet replacement needed urgently as whole house needed to be shut off. Called in the evening and plumber was at our door before 9am. The customer service was great, response time was fantastic. Jaron, our plumber, was exceptional. He explained the issues clearly and walked through each option with us. Very personable and professional. Can the repairs be pricey? Yes. But for us, in this urgent situation the response time and customer service level was worth it. Tried booking with others, it was a week or more out.

First off, the technician that came was very good. Our kitchen faucet is leaking and I don’t have time to go get parts and fix it myself so I figured I would pay these guys a hundred bucks or so to rebuild the faucet. My wife called me to tell me she sent him away. They wanted $800 to rebuild the faucet and $1100 to replace it. So I paid $59 for him to tell me that the faucet is leaking which I already knew.

One of their service experts helped fix my drain and they were knowledgeable, professional, and identified the issue. I am very happy with the service I received and I couldn’t recommend this company more!

11 months ago I had a faucet replaced by JT Plumbing and paid over $1300 after being told by the technician my faucet couldn't be repaired..Fast forward 11 months, it started leaking and flooded my sink cabinet and ruined everything underneath, so I called for warranty work. I was put on hold a very long time before it was confirmed it would be covered under warrenty. When the technician arrived, he was on time and very professional and kind. He tightened the connection in 2 seconds. It was the same problem my first faucet had and I wonder why it couldn't have been tightened in 2 seconds. I feel very stupid for spending so much money for the new faucet and wonder if I really needed one. I am on a very tight budget, so after reading the reviews... I realized, I should have called around.

I was really pleased with their service. They fit me in the same day, and, even though the repair was minor, it was handled well. I would call them again.

Rob was our technician from J.T. Plumbing, he was amazing! He came out early in the morning after we called the night before. After taking a look he helped us find several options to fix our issue. We chose the one that would work for us and Rob got to work. He was very professional and was able to take care of our needs the same day.

I was very pleased with the fast response to my request for service, especially during a holiday week. Matt showed up and explained what was likely going on. He gave me detailed information on what he needed to fix/replace but also gave me information on how I could fix a separate issue on my own for way less money. He also advised I could buy my new faucet and they'd install it, saving me more money. He was friendly, competent, and I feel like my job was done professionally. I won't hesitate to use them again!
