Very responsive to my water heater leak. Responded same day even though there was no emergency. Installation performed late afternoon the next day. Installer was very careful and very thorough. Hauled my dead unit away after installing the new WH. Job done very professionally.

We are so thankful that we found J.T. Plumbing! We had a water leak in our bathroom that had rotted out our floors and walls in the basement. They got the mold mitigated and removed quickly and then helped us repair the floors and walls. We had them do a full bathroom remodel and they did amazing! Above and beyond our expectations! Our friends were doing their bathroom at the same time, and found a different guy to do it for a low price. When they were done, they ended up having to rip everything out and rehire it to be done again. We are so thankful we used J.T. Oscar is very detailed and did an amazing job! He was so friendly and helpful. We were very indecisive and they were patient with us and helped us come up with something we love! Jeremiah was awesome as well! Through the entire project he was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We really feel like we gained new friendships with all of them. I highly recommend them!

After not having a great experience with the first plumer, the company sent me another plumer to work on my frozen hot water pipe, I have to say I was very satisfied with the job Rob did, took him no more than 15 minutes to get my issue resolved. He explained everything to me and was very professional. KUDOS to Rob for doing such a great job!

I had JT plumbing check a clogged drain for me. It appears that the whole drain pipe needed to be replaced. They worked with me to help get financing and they replaced the whole drain pipe in one day! Very friendly and easy to work with. Will definitely do business with them again!

I cannot recommend this company. We were in critical need to stop a leak. I did not expect to pay $1,000 an hour initially. I was told the job could take 3 to 4 hours. They supposedly fixed a leak in a kitchen drainage pipe and put in a faucet in a bathroom sink that we supplied. They quoted $2,100 and were done in 2 hours. We had to call them back the next day and removed a larger piece of the drain pipe as they did warranty their work. That took 1 hour. We were taken advantage of being in a tough situation but still $700/hour is still over the top expensive considering they are probably not paying the guy that fixed the pipe more than $28 an hour. Matt was courteous and polite. We were not provided with a breakout of the costs. Had I of known there were going to charge $700 to install our own new faucet that we provided, we would have done that ourselves. This company obviously takes advantage of people in bad situations and is far from honest. In addition, I called and asked to speak to the manager or the owner 3 times. I never received a call back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

When our shower leaked into our basement I called A few companies to get estimates. Jt plumbing was very reasonable compared to the other companies but the biggest reason we went with them was that I felt Like I was dealing with very competent and experienced people. Jerimiah was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done. Our bathroom rebuild took more time because of our indecisiveness. Oscar Gonzalez was extremely patient with us working with our ideas and executing them to a grade far above what I could have ever done myself or anyone else in the profession. He is clearly an artist/craftsman that Always explained material, process, and finish In a way I could understand. My gratitude goes to JT plumbing for hiring what I consider the best at what he does.

We needed the cast iron pipes under the house replaced & all the plumbing from the house to the street. It was a huge job! Rob and his team (Steve and Shane) were the best answer. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and finished the work a day earlier than quoted. Steve excavated the old pipes in a narrow strip between the sidewalk and tree, with zero damage to the tree 🌳 Rob and Shane also reinstalled the tankless water heater, which had been installed improperly this summer by someone else. Rob is friendly, easy to talk to, professional, and personable. Highly recommend this crew!!

Matt was professional and on time, getting scheduled was easy too. I was a little shocked at the cost- in fairness I do not know what others would have charged, it was $379 for my faucet replacement; we bought the faucet and the job took no more than 30 minutes. Loved the service- still incredibly stunned at the price! The only reason I gave 4 stars was the cost, $59 to come out is fair- seemed pricey considering there was no drilling needed and it was barely a 30 minute job.
