I just have to give a huge thank you to Rick, not only did he do a great job. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase. He's very knowledgeable, great customer service, I got lower quotes but, I didn't like the guys personality or pitch. This unit was more than I wanted to spend but the way Rick talked about his coworkers and the type of service I was given I will recommend this company to my friends and family. I got my quote on Tuesday, scheduled the install for Thursday and received the install a day early. Rick was very fun to work with and made this so easy.

Jaydon did a great job at servicing our AC system. He was very prompt, professional, and explained everything he was doing. We had a child who was sleeping while he was here, and he was extremely aware of trying to be quiet so he would not wake them up, which was extremely appreciated!

From calling at 8am, getting help in less than 30 minutes, and diagnostic visit, the whole experience was Professional, Highly Competent, and Expedient. Jaydon, the technician, was very pleasant to work with and made me at ease with our furnace knowing it's in the best hands available.

I had been doing a bit of research on the city water and my current water “filtration,” so I decided to schedule a call.. Lucas came out and not only confirmed everything I brought up, but even further educated me with so much valuable information. We had Gage come out the day after and install our reverse osmosis and QRS whole-home systems, and I am so happy with them! The taste in the water is incredible and definitely noticeable, and now I have the peace of mind that I am drinking and showering in healthy water. Well worth it and these guys are so friendly and professional!

Highly recommend Home Service Solutions. We recently purchased a new house and got several quotes before selecting them to come out and replace the old furnace and add an AC. Couple minor issues along the way that they made right. Couldn’t be happier with my experience with them and with the final install. Very clean work and technicians were super friendly and professional.

Chad with Home Service Solutions was great to work with. He was very professional and took his time to answer all of my questions and explain various aspects of the service and our water system. He went above and beyond to correct a problem that was discovered during maintenance of our water system. I appreciated knowing that he took his time to assure that everything was as it should be.
