I would like to say that I was very thankful for the service that was done on my house. Tom was very nice and started with the ongoing issue of my a.c. unit. Tom was quick and very prepared to what the work required. I would absolutely recommend this company. Not only was he efficient but very professional. Tom went above and beyond with the work he performed. Could not have been happier and know for sure I chose the best company for the work at my home.

Tom was absolutely amazing! He finished the installation of a mini split that my brother had started installing a while back. We had a few things that we had to fix and Tom was able to figure out the problem and get it working quickly. I rent out my house as an Airbnb so to have him come out at a moments notice was so helpful! He also checked up on it a few days later. I would highly recommend Tom!

AC unit wasn’t working properly. Tom came within an hour of my calling, did a thorough job of finding the problem & explaining everything to me and my ac unit is working again! He even worked through some rain outside. Great price. Would definitely recommend!

Just had a new furnace and an ac unit installed. Tom and his team are unmatched on customer service, kindness, and follow through. We have a 5 month old puppy, and the whole team was very patient in dealing with that additional variable. Once installed Tom also filled out the warranty for the units and sent a follow-up email! My heat went out in the middle of a cold spell, Tom was able to come the same day I called him and get me back up and running. He wasn't just in and out either he was informative and was willing to help with other problems. His work is thorough, he seemed like the type of person that likes to know why something happened before moving on so it doesn't happen again. He showed me how to work on some things noticed I had an out of service humidifier and told me what I needed to due to fix it if I wanted it, which I did. Again, he was supper helpful, and I will use him agian.

I had a great experience with Air Experts. My furnace was running, but not great, and it was also making some grinding sounds. I called several other HVAC companies and was told I had many failing parts that would be very costly to repair; basically they were just trying to get me to replace my furnace for a ridiculous amount of money. Tom came over right after I called and said I needed one part replaced. He did it for much less than the other companies would have, and now my furnace is running smoothly. I would recommend and use this company again!

Tom Beatty installed an APCO-X Fresh air UV whole-house air treatment system in our home. He explained how the system works, which convinced me of its value. Followers installation he took extra time to make sure my furnace was functioning properly. Tom was pleasant and professional.

Tom diagnosed the problem instantly, repaired the unit, had replacement filters for both heater and humidifier, placed them and had the furnace up and running in no time. He even walked me through maintenance tips to avoid problems in the future. Excellent service!!!
