I'm only giving them a one star because the guy was friendly and he fixed the problem.
Other than that, I wouldn't recommend them at all!!
I was severally gouged on the price.
$240 for 45 min worth of work and replacing a $50 part.
And to top it off, I already knew what the problem was. I told the repair guy and had him confirm what I was saying, and was charged a $109 diagnostic fee when he really didnt do anything.
SERIOUSLY over priced for the work, very disappointed, and feel like I was taken advantage of.

Our heater was having some minor issues until of the employee over at Air Experts had explained how minor the situation was. Did a great job of explaining how to resolve the issue and what to look out for in the future If anything comes up again. Very helpful and polite, 5 out 5 stars.

Tom is awesome came out diagnosed the issue with my ac unit and fixed in within an hour. Was polite, friendly, and explained everything.

AC went out. contacted Air Experts through their site and was contacted within one to two hours and an expert came out very quickly and fixed the issue in fifteen minutes.

Tom was very professional and knowledgeable about my AC/Heating system. Explained everything about the issue to me. I would recommend Tom to everyone.
