These guys were great! Locally owned just down the road from me. Tom was very nice, he explained everything he was doing and showed me why he made his diagnosis. After a few hours driving to Denver for me to get the part, and less than an hour of labor, I had my air flowing better than before I had an issue! Even replaced my air filter and fixed some faulty wiring for me for free. Couldn't be happier with my experience. If you live in Greeley or Evans, go no further than Air Experts.

Tom was able to walk me through some self diagnosis for a furnace that wasn’t heating. We thought it was the thermostat that needed to be replaced. And I decided to go ahead and have him come out on Sunday to check it out. He was great! He checked the whole furnace over and we discovered it was actually just a gust of wind that must have triggered the safety to turn the furnace off. So we didn’t really need any major repair just to reset the furnace. Tom was excellent and explaining everything about my furnace so that I can understand what I’m looking at in the future if this happens again. And he ended up replacing my filter as well. I would highly recommend this company and Tom, specifically, because of his years of work & customer service experience! He also said I have a 30 day guarantee so if anything happens again I can call them back to check it out. Thank you so much for coming out on a Sunday and explaining everything thoroughly.

AC went out called out another company and they told me I needed an entire new system and quoted me 13k. Called Air experts, Tom came out and told me only my blower motor needed to be replaced. My AC has been running great since Tom was out and repaired it. Highly recommend.

Tom and Joe responded to my urgent need to get AC ducts cleaned due to new owners request through the house inspection when we sold it. They got the job done in a little over an hour and completed the project with great precision. I would HIGHLY recommend Air Experts to tackle your next HVAC project!!!

They have been our HVAC go to company for quite a while. They are great at all aspects of the job. Just had a new furnace installed and are very happy with all the work that was done. We will always use them as they are very responsive to calls. Tom always goes the extra mile to get the job done right.

Where is the sixth star? Because Reberta and Tom deserve all the stars. They provided amazing service and were very fast about it. We called yesterday afternoon and within 3 hours, Tom was at our house assessing the situation. The next morning it took him all of 1.5-2 hours and we are back up and running. Not only that, he was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to share that knowledge with us, so we are better prepared for the future. We will be coming back for all of our AC needs. Great job guys!

Air Experts have been great ! New AC unit installed. Highly recommend this company. Top name companies are way overpriced. Makes no sense. Very professional they know there stuff. Extremely happy. Thanks to Tom and all involved.

I had EVERY SINGLE COMPANY that provided AC services in the Greeley area come to my house to give me quotes on repairing my AC, and if it couldn't be repaired, I asked for a quote for a new one.
Not a single company offered to fix it for less than $1000, and the majority wanted at least $3000. I was also told that my AC was end of life anyway so there was little point in attempting repairs.

Air Experts was the last appointment I had scheduled, and after hearing the same thing over and over... I almost cancelled it, expecting to purchase a new unit. Boy am I glad I didn't.

The issue with my AC wasn't near as drastic as EVERY. SINGLE. OTHER. COMPANY in Greeley made it out to be. In fact, after extensive testing it was found that it was actually a very minor issue, and the system itself would likely last another decade with proper care.....

The best part? The cost to repair was a mere fraction of the lowest quote I got. SO... I will only be calling Air Experts in the future, and now I"m off to write 1 star reviews for deceptive business practices for all the other big name scammers.

👍🏼 Professional, friendly, efficient & well priced! They sent Tom the same day we called & I am extremely happy we found them on Google after striking out with the first three companies we tried. One company never returned a message & two other companies couldn't get anyone to see us for 6 days. Our air conditioning went out the day before temperatures hit 100 so we clearly needed the help ASAP - couldn't be happier with how quickly our air was working again & the level of service overall.
