Air Experts

Recently our AC unit started blowing only hot air. We called up Air Experts and were surprised they would be able to make it out the same day. Tom arrived and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. Not only was he able to diagnose the issue but he had the replacement capacitor on hand and was able to fix it within the hour. He was very professional and had the knowledge and expertise of someone who has been in the business a long time. We will definitely be calling Air Experts again for a maintenance appointment in the future.

Had our furnace stop working, couldn't get the house to go over 59°. Thank God for Tom! First off, showed up exactly when he said he would. Second was up front with prices. He figured out the problem fixed the furnace and even triple checked with us to make sure we were comfortable with how everything was working before he left! Can't recommend him enough! Ask for Tom!!

Tom was great my ac quit on a Saturday afternoon in August called Air Experts at 4:30 Tom arrived at 5:30 had our system up and going by 6:30. Great friendly service at reasonable price. Highly recommend Tom and Air Experts!!

We called Tom after hearing from our kids what a great job he did at their house. We have a new AC unit but it was no longer cooling. Tom headed our way immediately after hanging up the phone. He knew exactly what the problem was and the AC is working great! Call these guys! They are outstanding!

Our a.c. unti went down on a 95° Saturday morning. Called around and couldn't get anyone out. Then I called Air Experts and Tom was happy to help and was here in less than an hour. He quickly found and fixed our problem (blown fuse), changed our clogged air filter and helped my fiance setup our new smart thermostat. Way to save the day, and go the extra mile all while being super friendly. I know alot of people getting service calls on the weekends aren't the happiest about it but Tom was amazing.

AC down at rental unit. Tenants baking. Called Tom. He was there within two hours, and determined that the dual capacitor was bad. Replace capacitor and cleaned the coil. Had us on the way to a cooler home. Thank you Tom! What a nice guy. Highly recommend!

During the 100' heatwave, our air went out. I called him in the morning, he was working on it that afternoon. It's nice to have a cool house, it didn't cost an arm/leg. Grateful my daughter recommended him. Thank you! Tom, Air Experts!!!

I highly recommend Air Experts. They were very quick to answer my call and arrive at my home to troubleshoot a cooling problem. Tom is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly troubleshoot the failed component in my A/C. He had me back up and running within a couple hours.

Tom Beatty came out on Sunday 2-14-21, not just any Sunday, but on Valentine's day in 1°F on icy roads to repair our furnace.
