Took a friend's recommendation with these folks. Our A/C stopped working Fourth of July weekend, they answered the phone when I called and sent Tom out first thing Tuesday morning. He was quick to diagnose, quick on a parts run, and explained everything to me professionally. Definitely going to use these guys in our future for upkeep of our HVAC system!

I used Air Experts on my AC unit, Tom was my service rep and I thought he was very knowledgeable. He explained how the AC unit worked and what it was that was wrong and what was causing it to be wrong. Prices were reasonable. I would recommend.

My father-in-law, (Tim Dietrich), recenty had a service performed by the Air Experts team. He was so impressed with the professionalism, punctionality and fair price for the work perfomed, he wanted to give them a review. He was having a tough time navigating giving a review so as a Local Guide, he asked me to perform the review for him. Let me be clear, this man is increadibly difficult to impress. He called me earlier today and asked me to do this review. He just called again ensuring that the review was done. I'm telling you, the Air Experts have got to be great!

Took the time to explain his findings and what the cost to fix. He took the time to educate me on how to care for my Central Air unit. Would I use them again if needed, I would not hesitate, to make the call.

When our air conditioner went out we were in the middle of 100 degree weather. Our normal AC repair company was 4 days out so I gave these guys a call. They came out the same day I called and fixed our AC. They were very friendly and professional and seemed to be reasonably priced. I will definitely use this company again.

They were phenomenal and able to get us in the very next day for service. The lady that answered the phone was very kind and I feel so bad I didnt get her name. The gentleman that came to do the work called when he was on his way and was very professional and I didn't get his name either. The work was done in a timely manner and the pricing was right on. Tom co-owner. On a Friday at around 4.00 p.m. took time to come by and give me a full diagnosis of my air conditioning system. He did so after learning a scheduled appointment (Diagnosis/Estimate) for myself. Was some how overlooked.
Now I have an understanding of what I need to do to make my central air system be more efficient.

Called at 8:30, technician arrived at 11:00, troubleshoot, diagnose and component replaced by 12:00. Cool air right away! Technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and prompt.
