I received a bit to complete the install of of a shower kit I purchased. 1st Action completed the removal, installed the new plumbing and the shower base. They stopped with the install because the back wall needed either another sheet of wall back or some other means of bring the wall out even the with edge of the existing wall. They inform me they were not carpenters and would not do what was needed to complete the install.
the initial work was satisfactory. The fact they would complete the project as was bid. I canceled any further work.

Another excellent contractor completed the install. The finished product look very nice. In retrospect I should have called the excellent contractor to start with.

We've worked with this company 3-4 times in the past year and each experience has exceeded our expectations. They drained our old water heater, later they installed a new one, and recently they came out to look at our furnace when it stopped working. Whole house humidifier price and installation quote. The technician’s were at my house within 45 minutes of my initial call. They were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable and they answered all my questions thoroughly. I appreciate the excellent customer service. A pleasure to do business with. The installation technicians arrived on time and installed the humidifier in a minimal amount of time. They also wired a duct boost fan so as to turn on when the furnace blower fan turns on.

Excellent service and response time. I have a nightmare of a mainline that was filled with roots and sewage. The guys came out and had it cleared in no time.
