Installed a gas line for a gas range oven and a microwave with a direct vent hood to the outside. Great job and very professional.

Do not make the mistake of paying a dispatch and service fee with one of the chains, only to second guess their diagnosis. You will end up wishing you had called 1st Action in the first place! I was so impressed with their scheduling process and communication before the technician even arrived. And I appreciated the way the technician took the time to explain the scenarios that could be causing our issues but advised me not to rush to spend a bunch of money right now. He was SO honest. Not something you experience with most repair companies. My go-to AC maintenance and repair company from now on!

They took care of me, and helped complete an install of a mini-split system, another contractor couldn't finish. Brandon took care of diagnosing what needed to be done, in order to get the mini-split in optimal working condition. Overall, I'm glad I called 1st Action and will be using them again in the future.

I called this company because we were having problems with our thermostat not functioning . Didn’t know if it was that or our furnace. Within an hour we had two service technicians looking at it . Fixed and easy problem and replaced our thermostat for a more updated one in no time . What service ! Just so happy with the service ! Highly recommend!!!!
