We had an excellent experience with 1st Action this summer when our air conditioner stopped working. They set clear expectations, showed up on-time, and had friendly and experienced technicians. They got us back up and running in a timely manner. We will be using 1st Action for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

Always great service. We have the maintenance plan and love that we don't have to do any of the guess work with getting the AC or furnace ready for the season. Recently our sump pump stopped working properly. They came to check it out and got it working again in no time.

Andrew fixed my kitchen faucet. He arrived on time and is very courteous and professional. Instantly he knew what happened and how to remedy the situation. In addition he made simple suggestions to add inexpensive parts that our plumbing is lacking to prevent leaks that could cause damage requiring extensive repairs.
