1st Action Plumbing Heating And Air, INC.

I called on Christmas Eve day because our HVAC wasn't heating. Our HVAC was installed by 1st Action 18 months ago. Within an hour, Branden was out to diagnostic the problem. He was able to do a quick fix with the HVAC plumbing. Then he scheduled us for a service on Monday. On Monday, the team arrived and replaced plumbing (P trap) and cleared out the fresh air intake. We were not charged for this service! Thank you so much .

From initial contact to completion, abosolutely flawless! Drew came in and gave us a estimate of what was needed and what to expect. He was not only professional but compassionate and understanding. We had just been in this home 3 weeks and it was evident that it hadn't been taken care of. On the day that the furnace was going to be replaced, Zack and Brady showed up on time with big smiles on their faces and nothing but kind, courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable and genuine! They were amazing! I want the whole world to know what an amazing experience we had. You will have our business for the rest of our lives, that's for sure. Brandyn was super friendly and was able to find and repair the issue quickly. I do need to replace my furnace and water heater soon and I will definitely be giving them another call. Curtis and Rob showed up on time, were careful and respectful of our house while they installed an AC. In today's world were customer service is lacking, these guys were professional, kepted us informed throughout the install and cleaned up after they were done. Curtis even called after they had left to ensure that the house was cooling off. Highly recommend these guys.

Saviors! The service techs came to the rescue when my furnace died with an outside temperature of -8 degrees. They gave us temporary heaters to keep my family and house warm while they installed a new furnace. This could have turned into a much bigger problem if they hadn't done this. Thank you 1st Action!!

1st Action Plumbing has been amazing to work with. They were on time and finished the job within the scheduled time. They were knowledgeable....made sure to explain everything to us in "lamens terms". They went above and beyond and even offered to carry some new furniture upstairs that was delivered while they were here.

This is the 3rd time I have needed to call them out, they continue to be very reliable and do a SOLID job. If you want it done RIGHT the first time make the call.

We used 1st Action to install an outdoor water faucet/spigot on our condo building and to flush out our tankless water tank. Our neighbor had used 1st Action and referred them to us. Brady did the work for our neighbor, and he was the Instalation Manager who gave us the estimate for the work at our place. He was courteous, professional, and personable. He gave several options, which we appreciated, and we feel the price quoted was fair. We had the estimate e-mailed to us within minutes of him leaving, and then scheduled the work. He showed up on time, did a great job, and gave us good advice on how best to maintain things. We would definitely recommend this company and certainly Brady and his work and expertise.
