My AC stopped working on the hottest day of year, I called 1st Action plumbing and heating and they were here same day to repair my unit. Brandyn and Brandon were professional and knowledgeable.
They had me fixed up in no time.

This company and their two employees knew what they were doing. I appreciated that they kept me informed about the repair needs. They did an excellent job of repairing the items that the installation team of the company I purchased my unit from (Lion) had done wrong or very badly. I will certainly use them again and recommend them.

1st Action was incredibly helpful and offered to come out to fix a drain that wasn't working at the Food Bank for free. Brandon arrived a couple of hours later, was friendly and quickly fixed our drain. He explained some things that I could do as preventative maintenance to ensure that it doesn't become a problem again in the future. Thank you!

Our AC quit working and I called to make an appointment. Kate was pleasant and professional and got us scheduled for someone to come take a look quickly. Zach showed up on time the next day and got to work. He was thorough and honest about the problem and did a great job explaining it to me. He was able to repair our AC and gave us information about replacement for the future. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Sewer drain clean out and identifying issues....then replace/repair broken/defective sewer line

Seth repaired water lines to our recently installed dishwasher that were leaking badly, replaced a valve, checked all the hookups to the dishwasher, and made sure everything was working well before he left. Very prompt response by 1st Action as I just called for help this morning after another company failed to show up for an appointment yesterday that had been scheduled three days earlier. We had been washing dishes in the laundry room due to the water leakage so we really appreciate the great service.

Absolutely professional in every way. Got an estimate one day and the furnace was installed the next. They came out two more times to address some propane issues that should have been addressed by the propane supplier. They wanted to make certain I had a system that worked perfectly and they did just that. Would definitely recommend.

The technician came out the next day after we called about repairs for our A/C. He then returned two days later to fix the problem. We were very impressed with the service, especially how honest the estimate for repairs was and how quickly the job was finished. Thank-you!

Brandyn from 1st Action Plumbing Heating and Air, LLC was the first to call me back to set up a schedule to come and give me a bid to replace my water heater that had failed. Other companies only called me with their bids without seeing what my crisis consisted of.

Brandyn was very prompt to meet with me and look at the issue at hand. I liked the fact that he attempted to see if he was able to repair the leak in order to save me money but the water heater was toast!

I went with the bid provided by Brandyn and he made sure to order a new tank and have his crew be back in the morning to install it. Just as Brandyn had scheduled it, his crew of Rob and Curtis were at my house promptly at 08:30 and very professional with their work.
