My AC/Furnace and HWH all seemed to be failing at the same time, and 1st Action was recommended by a friend. From my first call, I was impressed. They were at my house within 2 hours of calling, quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me my options. Honestly told me what I needed done (and showed me why) and what items could wait. They were able to secure the necessary equipment and were back for the replacement within 3 business days. The service technicians were there working all day. They were professional, polite and respectful of my home. They did a great job. Very pleased!

1st Action was fast, friendly, and affordable. They were not my first call unfortunately, but after I ran off the first guy who was trying to rip me off I called 1st Action. They were able to replace my furnace the same day and provide financing to make it easy. And they saved me two thousand dollars off what the other company wanted. I couldn't be happier for calling these guys.

They did a great job installing a tankless water heating system for my wife and I. They stuck to the estimate with no surprises. We will be using them again.

We found ourselves in a real bind. No heat at Christmas and my wife with Cancer. I called around and finally found First action. On the first ring Brandyn the owner answered. I explained our situation and he asked is it ok if I bring my kids? They were just sitting down for dinner. I was at a complete loss of words. Brandyn and his beautiful little girls came over. We did not experience a Christmas miracle as our 17 year old furnace was shot and our 17 year old a/c was in the range that is not likely to be repaired . If we were going to do it at all than we should do it all. Brandyn walked us through it and we decided we were better off with his guarantee, than just hopping our old a/c system would last.
We had them install an 18 seer A/C and a Variable speed high efficiency furnace. For half the price of others and we got a rebate from our gas company. By Gods grace my wife is cancer free and first action saved the day. I wish I could give 15 stars.

Install looks great and 1st Action had to drill through 118 year old brick on the house. 1st Action's install techs were really respectful and professional. Recommend!

1st Action Plumbing was on it and replaced are heater with very little notice before freezing temps came in. I so appreciated the service and a very friendly attitude.

Basement finish needed some additions and retrofit vents. Their work was clean and efficient

My gas water heater broke. They were quick to come give a diagnosis and estimated time to replace it. They were professional and prompt. They were able to easily explain everything to me and were great to work with.
