I so incredibly grateful for this company. My heat went out and even though they were very busy, they fit me in to have my heat fixed. I was not able to be at my house due to work, but watched through cameras, and they were so respectful of my home. They fixed my furnace which is extremely old and did not just try and steal my money by telling me purchasing a new furnace was the only option. If you are looking for a very professional, reliable, and fair company, I would highly recommend them.

4 years ago our furnace quit working in the middle of the winter. We called a competative heating company, they were quick getting there. They checked our furnace, said it was outdated, installed wrong, wore out etc. and we needed another one. He could not do anything but insatall a new one. We called 1st Action. They came checked our furnace, did some adjustments, cleaned a few items etc. said furnace was good to go. It has been working great ever since. We have them come every year for a annual mainatance now, very reasonabler priced.
We have had them do some work on our hot water tank also, great company, great crew, can not say enough good things about a great company.

This business offers first-rate service, from the receptionist organizing the service through the engineers' arrival (sorry guys I cannot remember your names). The engineers were always on time, polite, skilled, and kind. They gave me a verbal report and made sure I understood all they had done before they left the site. I'm very glad I choose this company to maintain the air conditioning system at our business.

The people at 1st Action Plumbing Heating And Air did an excellent job installing our water tank. We really appreciated that they could come out on a Sunday afternoon because we wanted it finished very away. They finished everything in an hour or less since they worked quickly and effectively. We'll use them again if we ever have another need because the price was also quite affordable.

Very professional installation and a pleasure to work with. Took great care to avoid any damage to our home and thoroughly cleaned work area prior to leaving. System works quite well and as represented. Pleased with the product, the installation and all dealings with 1st Action.

Chris was exceptional in his knowledge and experience as a plumber. We had a leak in the crawl space he traced back to the kitchen sink. Other estimates suggested ripping the flooring out to find the leak, possibly even the kitchen cabinet. Chris saved us a lot of money!! He is honest, trustworthy and works very efficiently. We will definitely call him again when needed.
