Besides diagnosing the problem correctly, the technician was honest and did not try to sell me on things I did not need. Chris took the time to teach me and helped me to understand how my system works. He taught me how to do basic maintenance for myself so that I would not be spending money in the future. Talk about integrity, Big Country has it in spades. I will go out of my way to refer him to others. Nice to know that people still care about people in the world today. Extremely nice and comfortable experience. Made me feel like I was in good hands from the time he arrived until he left. Go With Big Country. You will not regret it .
