1st Action was great. I felt very comfortable with them. The bid they gave me for a new furnace was substantially lower than another I received, .and they did the job the next day. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

One standout characteristic of both Rob and Curtis was their willingness to listen and accommodate. I asked a lot of questions which they answered directly and in a manner that was understandable, accurate and succinct. I also made some requests and suggestions that they implemented without hesitation. They both went out of their way to go above and beyond to make this job a showcase worthy installation. They kept my house clean and undamaged, painted exterior vents to make them much less noticeable and moved appliances for me to provide better access to their work area-then put them back for me. They worked for hours problem solving a couple issues that came up and resolved them successfully. I asked for some plumbing modifications that are still pending while others were accomplished on the spot. Both are very easy and pleasant to talk to both about the job and otherwise. I feel like they weren’t satisfied until I was and I’m rarely satisfied or impressed. But I was both satisfied with and impressed by Rob and Curtis. I got a great system installed by 1st Action PHA and feel I was treated fairly and with unwavering honesty. I’d gladly recommend Rob and Curtis from 1st Action PHA to my friends and feel like I’ve made a couple new ones.

It’s a great company on ripping people off. They will Take advantage of you without mercy(Brandon) charge me a ton of money based on lies, yes he did fix the issue but he’s numbers were all made up in the spot.

They replaced my hot water tank with a tankless one. Rob and Rylie work very well and efficiently together and they make a very good team. They were very knowledgeable, professional and polite. My project turned out perfect, if not better than I expected. The also repaired some ductwork for me to help make my HVAC airflow better. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They went above and beyond to make the job perfect. Well done!

1st Action had a same day response to evaluate, estimate and order the necessary parts to begin the repair processes as quickly as possible. They had clear communication during the process and were able to complete the job even when I, the owner, was unable to be present. They treated me and my staff, which is all females, with respect and requested for the necessary areas to be empty and free of clients for privacy and security purpose. They not only took care of the HVAC job they were hired to complete but they went above and beyond to respond same day as I awaited for my HVAC parts to assist in my water heater that cracked and flooded. I will continue to use them for all my business needs as they are extremely responsive and respectful and listened to all my concerns patiently. Thank you guys!

They installed a commercial steamer for my restaurant last year. Charged me $1800 for one steamer installation. And they used plastic pipes for the drain. 8 months after installation, the leaking starts. Not happy with their overcharge and poor quality.
