Tom was absolutely fantastic, trustworthy, and genuine. He was very thorough and aimed to educate me about my unit and options at all times. Both he and Lee were friendly and great to work with. Tom was excellent; he answered my phone call quickly and effectively. He was out to service our air conditioner early the next morning. He has a wealth of information about your heating and cooling issues, and he shares this information with you. I taught in a graduate quality program in California for nearly twenty years, and he gets an A+ in my review. My husband and I highly recommend Air Experts for your heating and cooling needs. I also recommend getting their annual maintenance contract; very affordable and a great preventative tool.

Our furnace quit on us on the weekend. Tom was able to come out quickly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it fast. The repair cost was very reasonable considering there was a part change and on the weekend. I would highly recommend. Frank.

Tom thoroughly went through my heater, vacuuming all areas. Explained the parts of heater, how air goes through; explained , if heater went out, how to look through window, for blinking of light to tell serviceman when called . Cleaned my filter and explained how important to clean it once a month! He was very knowledgeable and polite. He did look at my AC outside & told me about running water to clean debri from it. A lot of good tips. He was recommended by one of my friends that he put in a water heater, also a water heater was installed at her sons business. I would recommend Air Experts. He did a great job!

Tom was phenomenal! I called at noon about my AC unit not working - he showed up at 2 like he said he would and had it running by 3. He even took the time to show me things about my AC, furnace, and water heater. Great guy and so happy with his work!

When I called to get my furnace fixed, the person who took the call was driving and stopped to take my call instead of letting me go to voicemail! First positive action!!!

After some testing, he knew what was wrong right away. He asked me if I was a ‘do-it yourself type ‘ and showed me exactly what to do. Now, if the problem shows up again, I can fix it myself!
