Replacing a home heating AC is never cheap, but these guys did such a great job that it eased the pain in the pocket book. And their follow up maintenance schedule is wonderful. If you need any HVAC call them. You won’t be disappointed.

My mother had called this place to take a look at the furnace to make sure it was functioning properly; basic inspection. Two people were there to run the inspection of the furnace, one got on the phone with me to discuss the issue and said that, after running a scope, the heat exchanger was cracking and releasing CO2 that should be immediately 'red tagged' (meaning the furnace was unfit for service and should be immediately removed due to safety concerns) as the CO2 was reading above the safe CO2 PPM. The tech also said the furnace was leaking oil from an undisclosed location. I told them that the home was going to be sold soon and that we would possibly opt to have the furnace repaired than to have it completely replaced. The technicians then put my mother on the phone while they went to discuss the situation with one another. The tech got on the phone with me again and said that, since we were selling the place, they would like to be sure that their findings were accurate and wanted to send a 3rd person out to perform the same actions. That person came out the next day and confirmed what was told to my mother and I. I immediately became suspicious of the situation and told my mom that we had better get a second opinion and called A-1 Heating and air conditioning. The technician (Aaron Holden) came out, performed the inspection, and said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with this furnace. Not only was there nothing wrong with the furnace, the exchanger (due to the age of the furnace) was made of steel and not susceptible to cracking like the newer aluminum units. He found no oil leaks, and also had mentioned that, had the unit been deemed an immediate red tag, there's not much chance my mom would have avoided the effects of extended exposure to elevated levels of CO2. This company should be avoided at all costs. If they're willing to lie to a 74 year old woman to get her to buy a new furnace on a fixed income, why would you trust them with your needs?

Quick response to inquiry and scheduling of consultation; courteous and knowledgeable sales rep (Lucas). Appointment for install of Rainsoft water conditioning system made for next day. Install tech (Dreyson) was pleasant, instructive and honest; process took less than an hour. I would give 5 stars, except for a minor billing mistake, which was solved with a quick phone call. I recommend and will use their services again.

Jeremy Phol was very helpful maintaining and checking our rain soft. He was right on time and friendly and helpful. He informed us how we can save money on getting a heater and plumbing plan which would save us hundreds.

We have had Home Service Solutions install our RainSoft water system, water heater and furnace with AC. Anytime we have had an issue, they have come out to troubleshoot. No issues with the water system or water heater. Once the furnace was installed I thought I smelled a gas leak. David Sellmer has been our technician since installation and he came out to test it. David thoroughly checked everything and there was no leak. Our AC was the latest issue, where the system was not draining properly. David again came out to our property, assessed that the drainage pipe was not properly installed, removed the setup and refit the piping to a proper angle, fixing the error of a previous installer, tested the system, enhanced the airflow, and checked the exterior unit to ensure it was operating properly. He took his time, detailed out all of the work he performed and walked me through all diagnostics.

I am seeing a lot of negative reviews on Yelp and some on Google, and what I want to convey is that these home systems that Home Service Solutions put in place are backed by warranty and every time I have called with a concern, they have been quick to come out and have been thorough on diagnosing and correcting anything faulty. Really appreciate these guys, and though the equipment carries a high cost, it has proven its efficiency and it is the service aspect of the business that really shines. David has been an invaluable asset for us. I highly recommend you consider what this company has to offer beyond just the initial sale.
