I had Lucas from Home Service Solutions service my 4 furnaces on 10-10-2022. This guy was great. He knew what he was doing and serviced all furnaces in less than 4 hours. He arrived on time, and worked the entire time. No whining, no issues; he just worked.

He also helped me fix the toilet in my barn -- it was running water too long after you flush the toilet. I had looked at the toilet manual, and was working on setting that adjustment while Lucas was servicing the furnace. I couldn't get it fixed, and Lucas said that he had just come over from plumbing and he could look at it when he was done with the furnace. He fixed it !! I really NEVER expected him to do extra here, and he did NOT need to help me with that. It was really easy, but still, it was so crazy cool that he even offered to help. Just an extra thing that was beyond his "job description".

Lucas was just the best. Just a really good guy willing to do his job and help with other things.

Kale was amazing and will DEFINITELY use his services again. Knowledgeable and explained everything really well.

We recently moved into a new house that had a soft water system and a water filtration system installed by the previous homeowner. We wanted to do our due diligence to make sure both systems were working properly and the filters up to date. We had Chad Hefner out to take a look at everything and he was absolutely phenomenal. After a few hours of work changing some things out and replacing old parts we are back up and running with peace of mind. 10/10 recommend
