Our AC system broke down and we were able to get a technician within less then 3 hours on Saturday . Our technician Jaydon Adfield was nice, knowledgeable , and fixed our system very quickly . He Even checked our refrigerant and our electrical system and verified they were in great condition . Jaydon made our service quick and easy. Our experience with Home service solutions was amazing, from start to finish. Our air conditioning unit went out on the weekend and with the temperature nearing the hundreds, we were in a rush to get this fixed. After calling a dozen companies, we finally happened upon this company. First, they answered their phone immediately, unlike other companies that ask you to leave a voicemail or call back. The young lady who took my call was professional , courteous and efficient. She was able to find someone, Jaydon, who came in on his day off to help and drove from about two hours away. Jayden was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He knew exactly what he was doing and he was accommodating when it came to me asking questions about the process. I don’t know if this company is on the less or more expensive side of their industry, but to be honest, if I were to ever have a problem again, I will not hesitate to call them immediately. If you have the ability to request Jayden, do it. He was fantastic.

We needed maintenance on our water treatment system for the house. It ended up being lots more than a maintenance issue and he was able to show us what was wrong, and fix everything in a timely manner all the same day. He explained our options and also ended up saving us lots of money from having to buy a whole new unit.
