Our hot water heater went out on a Friday evening and by Saturday morning we had a new one up and running. Todd was professional and went the extra mile to re-plumb so everything lined up correctly and was best practice. The owner add a great personal touch and amazing pricing, which is why we love using locally owned businesses. Nicely done.

I called BJ to come out and quote a ductless system for our upstairs. He was on time, professional and explained what needed to be done. So, once you tell BJ what you need he understands the assignment! I signed the quote and they had me on the schedule ASAP. Matthew was the lead installer and was so amazing to work with. He even came back on Sunday to completely finish the install. Chelsea is such a pro at answering my questions and always greeting me with a smile in her voice. My system is running like a dream. My upstairs feels amazing in every room. Everyone in the house loves they get their own perfect setting to their liking. I would recommend this company to anyone. I'm just so glad after all the quotes I went with them! Great team all around.

I had my furnace and AC replaced with heat pump and backup furnace. Installation went smoothly and equipment is working as expected. Communications with company representatives has always been pleasant, accurate and helpful. The company has exceeded my expectations.

I couldn't be more pleased with our entire experience! Steve serviced our whole-house humidifier, UV air purifier, and our exceptionally outdated, on-its-last-leg furnace. He tested and explained all of our performance and output information, and discussed the pros/cons of replacing parts on a unit this old. BJ put together a great list of options for replacement of the furnace, covering all price points and features, and took into account the things that were important to me in my home. His bid was so easy to understand and thorough. Evan was out within a week to do a quick and seamless install, Clayton did a full service on my tankless water heater and followed up on tying up some loose ends for me, and Sydni kept me in the loop on scheduling and the process. Every member of the team was was professional, fun, and SO accommodating! I'm set up on a semi-annual maintenance schedule now, and am so relieved to have this team taking care my home going forward!
