Christopher’s Heating and Cooling

I had the opportunity to have Christopher’s come out to replace my A/C unit and Coil. What a breath of fresh air it was(no pun intended), to have some folks that know what they are doing.

Long story short my A/C has been horrible since moving in almost three years ago. My warranty apparently didn’t matter because the HVAC company they used didn’t care about actually fixing the problem. Christopher and Russell came over and replaced my system explain everything to me. Along with a new thermostat, also an ultra light APCO unit for cleaning germs from my system. 100% would suggest these gentlemen to anyone, not only do they know what they are doing, they do it seamlessly.

Top notch people with great morals! I would give them 10 stars if I could! We had a pipe burst in our home while we were away. We called Christophers and they came out right away. We just had a huge snow storm and we are elderly and hadn’t had a chance to shovel. When they got there they shoveled the entire driveway before working. They quickly fixed our pipe and got our water back on! Hard to find a company with this kind of morals and work ethic!

We recently had a new furnace and AC unit installed. The system removed was original to our 1972 home and it was way past time for a new one. Our unit is located in the most difficult area of our home…a tiny crawl space. Christopher removed the old unit and installed our new unit quickly and efficiently. Our air quality immediately improved. I couldn’t be happier with their service and workmanship. Christopher did an amazing job. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Christopher’s Heating!

Nothing but good things to say about this company. Walked in right on time for both appointments, even beat me to the shop for the install job. Everyone from Katie in the office down to Jason, Jake & T doing install were kind, professional, respectful and on time. Katie, I don't know how you do it! She will ALWAYS answer your call or email promptly. I highly recommend Christopher's Hearing & Cooling. They got the job done right, quickly & cleanly. We even got a portable AC unit while we waited for the install. Great prices too! We are thankful for you!

Russell came and fixed our boiler which was not working and found a handful of issues we need to address down the road. We were almost out of hot water all weekend (8 unit condo complex) and he got us up in running in less than an hour. Highly recommend. A++++ thanks again!!!

Jason and Jake were beyond fantastic. Our furnace went out in the middle of the night and we called first thing in the morning. They were to our house by 9am and had it diagnosed quickly! They took their time explaining what the issues were and showed me the inside of the furnace with their camera so there was no doubt what they were saying. We had a new unit installed and running by mid afternoon! They were kind, professional, and efficient! They even offered to shovel our driveway before they left! We will recommend them to everyone and they gained new loyal customers. So grateful to have found them!

I cannot say enough great things about Christopher’s Heating and Air. The customer service, professionalism, and promptness is spectacular. Our AC was down once on a Sunday and a service tech came out within a hour and fixed the problem within 30 mins.

The second time we used Christopher’s, we missed the appt time and when I called to apologize, they were very understanding and came back the same day and didn’t make us reschedule for another day.

Christopher and his team are great, honest people and very friendly. They are also a small family owned business! I highly recommend Christopher’s for any heating and air needs.

Jason was an excellent HVAC technician! He was prompt, professional, and willing to explain everything to me. He was mindful of our house and property. I would not hesitate to use Christopher’s heating and air again, and I trust their expertise and advice!
