Christopher’s Heating and Cooling

I had Christopher’s Heating completely replace my furnace and A/C system. They did a great job! They were on time, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. Thanks to Jason, Jake and Tiernan, the technicians who did my job.

I cannot say enough good things when it comes to Christopher’s! I called and they came out within 30 minutes, figured out the issue immediately and were going to go get the part. Of course it’s the weekend and the emergency line at Lennox wouldn’t pick up so they went to Home Depot to get space heaters for my kids and I to stay warm! Totally not expected but ever so appreciated!! Meanwhile they are still trying to call every store down to Denver to get the part. Talk about going above and beyond!

We were so pleased with Christopher's services! Our ancient boiler was barely hanging on so we had to take the plunge and replace it. We were so happy with the recommendation to replace it with a Navien combi boiler and tankless water heater. The crew was great - kept us up to date with each step like how long we would not have heat and hot water and they were spot on with the estimated timeline. They were so professional and friendly and the office staff we talked to on the phone to schedule the replacement were so helpful in answering all of our questions. We would recommend Christopher's to anyone needing boiler or water heater repairs or replacement! They showed us how to us our new thermostats and cleaned everything up. We were also impressed that they built part of the system in their shop before arriving - saving us time during the install!

After spending an unexpectedly cold night with my family, realizing our heater was not in fact heating, we called up Christopher's at 6am and asked for an emergency estimate of repair. Chris was prompt and professional, arrived fast and quickly assessed the issues. They had a brand new furnace and tower vent installed by that evening. Jake and Jason were professional, knowledgeable, very respectful and really couldn't have been more efficient with timing. There was a slight issue with the fan running all night afterwards, but they came back and fixed that the next day, no problems. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We had called Christopher’s heating and air because we have been experiencing no heat. Service technician Jason, Fowler, come out and assess our furnace. He was extremely knowledgeable and actually showed up early! Christopher’s heating and air has just become my only choice for HVAC service work from now on!!!!!

Don’t bother calling anyone else. These guys do it right. Called them in the morning because thermostat broke and we didn’t have heat on our main floor. Katie was splendid to speak with and she called right back to say Jason would be over later that day. Jason was incredible. Quickly figured out the issue with our thermostat, fixed it, and even looked over our system to point out expected future needs. We won’t use anyone other than Christopher’s. Nobody does it better and service is on point!

We had Jason come service our air conditioning unit, and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We would absolutely use this service in the future.

This company is AMAZING!!! I've tried a couple other big name companies over the past few years who had a lot of good reviews, but was not satisfied with the service I received. Our furnace started acting up and with having an 18 month old we needed to do something quickly. This time I decided to try a smaller company and was very impressed with Christopher's Heating and Cooling. I talked with Julie on the phone and she was so kind and helpful. Within two hours their Lead Tech (Jason) called me and was coming out to evaluate our situation. This is one of the few times in my life where I felt a company cared more about my family then them getting another job. Jason, Tiernan, and Jake were all out the next day and completed the job. They were all professional, knowledgeable, and polite. From start to finish this company exceeded my expectations and I will not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends! This company is Amazing! Our dad who is disabled had his heater not working. We called and they were able to respond quickly and provided simply wonderful customer service.
