I had American Air come by to service our A/C at the beginning of the summer season. Pam was great to work with in scheduling the appointment, and Jim is super knowledgeable about the entire system and what would work best for us. The technician was on time and a great guy to work with.
I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs, and they are great people. You cannot go wrong with American Air Heating and Air Condition.

American Air gave me a fair price, they did the installation exactly as they promised and finished the job in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the installers, they did the work promptly and though they had to follow up on an electrical connection issue they took care of it as soon as physically possible. Pam was very thorough, timely and helpful in filing for the rebates. They are professional efficient and a pleasure to deal with all around.

We have had an excellent experience with this company and it is easy for me to recommend them. They delivered everything they promised, on time and with courtesy. Jim Birdwell was always available and patiently provided accurate information for our many questions. He properly assessed our cooling and heating needs and determined we could even downsize from our current system. We were skeptical! It was the right decision however. They installed the system in early July and it keeps the inside temperature in the high 60’s if we choose. The recent cold weather allowed a test of the furnace which works just as well. If you’re leaning toward the Lennox Signature system, you’ll find this company provides expert installation, product knowledge and customer service. Give them a call.

I had a furnace, air, and tankless install completed a little over a year ago. I just had my first maintenance performed. These folks do a good job! I wanted a custom built return scoop and filter cabinet built and Jim and his crew made it happen. The retro install was a challenge, but American Air came through. I have had the system a little over a year and this company has exceeded my expectations for service! Good companies like this are hard to find. Thanks for the good service Jim, Pam, Angie, John, Scott, and Ray!

Extremely thorough, great pricing, very respectful of your home, and very helpful with the rebate process. Our new Lennox system is nothing short of amazing! It's extremely quiet and efficient. We researched a lot of products and had multiple estimates, and Jim stood out from everyone. Highly recommended!!

I have an older home with a variety of issues. It needed new heating and cooling systems.
They helped to determine the best options, installed the systems, placed new vents, trouble shot problems unique to this home and have continued to maintain reliably since.

American Air did an excellent job with my recent install of A/C, furnace and water heater. Jim (the owner) was very thorough and knowledgeable concerning the right equipment I needed. Devon and John did an excellent job with the install. These two professionals were very knowledgeable, completed the work in a very timely manner and cleaned up the work area. The inspector even commented on the quality of work performed. Pam B. and the office staff were great with all the paper work and scheduling. Pam processed all rebates and warranties immediately after the work was completed. Given this type of investment in your home, American Air went above and beyond to complete the work with the right products, timely and correct installation and just overall nice and professional business people to deal with! I will highly recommend them to all my contacts and friends.
