Unfortunately for me, I have needed services from American Air much too often this summer at my rental house and primary residence due to aging equipment. They have been very accommodating, responsive, easy to get a hold of, and most important, upfront and honest about repairs and condition of my equipment. I ultimately, with Jim's expertise and guidance, decided to replace my entire HVAC system at our recently purchased primary residence, and could not be happier with the variable Lennox system Jim recommended. Pam in the office knows my number by heart now I think, and is very easy and pleasant to deal with! All of their repair technicians and installers were very knowledgeable and professional.

I have been a long time customer of American Air. They are always very responsive and professional whether it be one of the office staff or one of the HVAC repairmen. I recently had to call the emergency service number when my furnace stopped working after hours. BJ was quick in returning my phone message and helped me to get my unit temporarily working. He assured me that he would get me on the service schedule the next morning. By 10:30 the next morning, the repair tech had been out and had my unit working again. I would definitely recommend them for any of your HVAC needs!

They came out immediately because we had no heat. One day later the furnace was installed. Jim gave a spreadsheet of choices and very thoroughly went over and explained it. John and his helper did an awesome job of installing the furnace and acand were very respectful of my home. Every one was very professional, helpful, and efficient. Anna at American air was so helpful during a busy time of year. They couldn’t get a tech out right away, but she had someone call me to troubleshoot. When that didn’t work, she got me an appointment and said they would come sooner if they had a cancellation. They ended up coming the next day. Anna was so sweet, helpful, and really put in effort for me. I really appreciated the way this company does business.
