Apex Clean Air AC, Heating Repair & Air Duct Cleaning

I cannot say enough good things about Mason Sonnier, Manager, SpecialityTechnion for Apex Clean Air, As a female, senior citizen, living alone, I was very apprehensive about who to use for my new furnace/air conditioner. I contacted 6 different companies for quotes. The quotes varied by thousands of dollars. I specifically told all companies, my priorities were, safety, efficiency and cost. Mason worked above and beyond to get me the best offer and explained everything thoroughly and in lay man's terms. He knew I needed the equipment he recommended because of my lung disease, which made the cost slightly higher. Mason told me Apex honors competitive bids and to my surprise, he went to the owner and the owner met the lower competitive bid. In addition, in their original quote they offered many additional perks; thermostats, upgrades home air-purifier, carbon monoxide alarms and extended warranties, all of which were kept in place with their revised quote. I could not be happier with their, service, integrity, professionalism, courtesy and how they work to make their customers happy. I highly recommend Mason and Apex Clean Air. You will not be disappointed.

I found this company through Groupon. After reading various reviews, I knew the $49 was just a way to get in the door and that I was going to be paying more.

I had the pleasure of working with Nate today and my experience with him just blew me away! I told him my concerns/what I wanted to get done as well as my budget. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked with me to find a plan that not only works best for us, but was also budget friendly. Nate was extremely hard working. He came for a Groupon package and was kind enough to stay until all of my add-on jobs were completed even though it was 8 hours later! I felt so bad for Nate, however, he was so kind and polite the entire time! If I ever need work again, I will definitely be coming back here. Nate made me a customer for life!!

Our technician Ryan was extremely thorough and professional. He walked us through the different options and helped us get our system working more efficiently! Will definitely be using Apex for our future HVAC and duct cleaning needs.

Eric was amazing! Got all our vents cleaned and got some great info on getting our furnace and AC replaced. So professional and fast, and did such an amazing job with attention to detail.
