We had called 24 hr. Conditioner the day before they told us our conditioner was done and needed new one for $20,000. So our son-in-law recommended AOK to us and in one day they had our air fixed and said our air conditioner was fine just. All we needed was a new motor and some maintenance. It is wonderful to find an honest company!!!

Amazing 👏 service! Roberto did a perfect job installing a water heater into a very tigh space with no room to spare. He gave me an excellent deal on a very high quality water heater and helped to bring my home back up to code. He came out and did the job the next day. He cleaned up after himself and left the area looking better than before. I have had experiences with other contractors who just didn't care about the mess, Roberto went above and beyond. He swept the whole garage!! I was floored by his amazing work. He is very professional 👏. I wish that I could give him more than five stars 🌟! I will refer him to all of my family and friends and I also plan on having him come back to do more work on my HVAC system next. A+ company!

If anyone needs an honest plumber call A-OK plumbing and HVAC services they deal with gas, water heaters, air conditioning and plumbing. They don’t try to upsell you or do anything other than what you ask them to do. It’s so hard to find honesty in this world today but I found it in this plumbing company so please spread the word use them if you don’t want to get ripped off. Roberto Jiron was such a great guy and he didn’t try to sell me on anything, told me worse case scenario and was honest. I wish I would have known about the company earlier when I got overcharged by a company on a tv commercial. Thank you Roberto and thank you to A-OK for being an honest company In today’s world!

Roberto did a fantatist job hooking up the water and gas lines for our new water heater. He was able to help us out the day after we called. The soldering quality and overall workmanship are top notch. Roberto was extremely friendly throughout the installation process, he shared stories and explained the nuances of the install. He made sure we understood the maintenance schedule for our water heater and what to watch out for so that it and the accompanying pipes and expansion tank wouldn’t develop issues.
I’d highly recommed his company to anyone looking for a knowledge and friendly plumber. Thanks Roberto!

Roberto came out within an hour of me talking to their dispatch. He was ridiculously quick with my bathroom faucet repair and had a competitive price. A-Ok is not the cheapest, but I prefer to pay for the quality service. They also are Way more affordable than the major names who pay to advertise on TV. I will never call another company. Roberto was also kind, quick, hilarious, and a pleasure to talk with while he worked!

He was fabulous. Replaced my last bit of galvanized piping that I had left. on time went above and beyond. I will use him again.

Our furnace started making a terrible noise in the middle of the night a few weeks back. I called several plumbing an HVAC places the following day and I either got no call back or was told that the earliest service would be up to a week away. Luckily I also called AOK and within a few hours Roberto was on the scene to take a look at our problem. We had worked with Roberto before and it was nice that he remembered both my wife and I. Our furnace was 25 years old and we had known for a while that replacing it would need to happen sooner than later. Regardless Roberto laid out some options for us to consider based on how much we wanted to spend. Roberto was never pushy and was very transparent which I appreciate as customer. When we decided to replace the unit Roberto again gave us some options and explained the pros and cons of each decision based on our budget. Again I really appreciated that not once did Roberto come across as pushy, it was clear that he wanted us to feel comfortable with our decision and he provided more than enough information for us to make an informed decision. For the installation his partner Nick came over and the two were able to knock out the job in a few hours. Both Nick and Roberto did a fantastic job! We are pleased to say that we have had no issues with our new furnace! I highly recommend AOK and both Nick and Roberto. They have been very easy to work with and were very helpful. I will continue to turn to AOK for all of my plumbing and heating needs. In short they are the best!

We bought a house that had a small gas leak. I called A OK and they came out in a few hours. Roberto and Antonio came out within a few hours and we’re up front on the costs before they started work. They did not try and sell me on unnecessary fixes and fixed the leak fast. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. They are also a small family run business and the prices are better then their competition.

We have had a great experience using AOK for various plumbing needs. I feel like their recommendations are always legitimate, and they aren't trying to gouge us for unnecessary or costly repairs. We have really been pleased with the yearly maintenance plan as well. AOK has a lot of great employees, but Roberto has been the one visiting us the last few times and he really knows his stuff! He is prompt, professional, and does high quality work.
