United Rentals - Power & HVAC

Morgan Trujillo in the Power & HVAC department went above and beyond expectations and service. I had requested some items for coupling to a power supply. She was very prompt and helpful. She sent me photos of the units she had on the lot. She is very knowledgeable about the units on her lot and help me decide on the correct one.

We had an emergency situation where we needed heat for a Hotel and United rentals with Morgan’s help came to the rescue. W have had to call them back to help us since the first call as we are a large commercial building and the repairs have had to take place in stages.

The team at United Rentals was on it every single time they take the time to communicate and never once let us down. I have used United over the years for several different events and I would recommend them anytime …. They won’t let you down!

Great customer service. Equipment is clean, and trailer mounted generators are always road ready. Morgan Trujillo is very responsive with answers to questions and concerns.

Morgan dug into a problem we had with a missed reservation and immediately started working on resolving. There was no hesitation or divesting the issue to another team member. She went out to the yard to get eyes on the equipment to make sure it matched what we needed.

She has been excellent despite a tough timeline on a critical project.
