    Paul is great, and Brothers in general! They were the first place to call me and get me an appointment. I was getting offers of an initial inspection 14 days out! I also felt very safe. They were communicative about who was coming and when, even sent me a text and email with his PICTURE before he arrived so I knew I was opening the door to the right person. Never had that before but it definitely helped me feel better opening the door to a stranger! Paul was very thorough and understanding, and made sure I understood what needs to be done before he left, and then followed up with a bunch of pictures and notes about the appointment. Will use them again.

    6/22/23 heard dripping noise coming from upstairs bathroom & noticed that the toilet tank had a crack. Called "Brothers" immediately because it was leaking buckets of water on both sides. JUSTIN came to the rescue! Replaced the valve & toilet. He went above & beyond to fix the problem in a timely matter. He was a porcelain God! He was so patient, friendly, considerate, professional, genuine & a true Superman. Couldn't ask for a better person in my time of need. THANK YOU SO MUCH JUSTIN! Give this man a major bonus or raise. He is a true diamond in the rough. The best!

    Andy was amazing. Although we didn't end up hiring Brothers for the service we needed (toilet wax ring replacement), he diagnosed the problem quickly, gave us an estimate, and answered all of my questions. The price was a little steep for us (>$400) but the service fee ($67) was more than worth it because Andy was so helpful. If our DIY fix goes poorly, we will definitely hire Brothers in the future.

    A few years ago, Brothers Plumbing installed a new sump pump in my basement. With the heavy rains we have experienced in 2023 , one of our 6 window wells flooded into the basement. The new installed by Brothers a few years ago worked so well, it was even able to handle the extra water we poured into the sump pump from the flooding caused by the malfunctioning window well. We decided to have Brothers come back to replace the plumbing on the outside of the house which carried the water from the sump pump. The pipes were 16 years old, cracked and had started to leak water. Brothers sent two techs, one of which was in training. The lead tech was extremely knowledgeable, replaced the old pipe in record time, and was even able to up sale us on a Brother's membership. With the home and major operating systems being 16 years old, we are starting to have problems in their specialty areas. The membership is a good buy and enables us to get priority service whenever we need it. We even requested a quote for replacing the sprinkler system, which also leaks when turned on. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work performed by the certified technicians employed by Brothers Pluming. P.S.; give them a call, you will simply love the way they answer the phone. It will make you smile.

    I was lucky enough to have two service installers. Ryan and Bobbie were both so pleasant and knowledgeable. They took the time to educate me on my AC system and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They were truly all about quality customer service. I would love to have them back as a service tech or installer again if ever needed.

    Arturo did a superb job. Took time to inspect everything. Showed me the parts that needed replacing and adding and thoroughly explained why. I have confidence in his work and believe that my AC system is now functioning at 100%. I would certainly request an appointment with him again. Brothers should be very pleased with the work he does and with his interaction with customers.

    Had a leaking water heater. Called and had a technician, Chuck, available to come out within a couple hours of my initial call. He inspected the issue and discussed the diagnosis. Answered all my questions and was extremely professional from start to finish. Did a great job with installing a new water heater. Excellent service!

    I contacted Brothers on Monday (5/22) regarding issues we were experiencing with our air conditioning. They were able to schedule a technician for Today (5/24). At around 9:15 AM I received a call from the company that they were going to be unable to come and would need to reschedule because of staffing issues. This was extremely frustrating considering I had already taken off work for this, and after expressing my frustration, the customer service representative was able to pivot and find another technician. I was concerned that I would have to find another company because of the delay. Working in retail, I am very sympathetic to the challenges regarding hiring in our area.

    Shelby was extremely professional and was able to turn this entire experience around. I really appreciated her help and attention to detail when attempting to troubleshoot the issue. She and her partner were able to fix our air conditioning! Very thankful considering we have been without for over a week and temperatures are about to get worse, not to mention the headaches I have been experiencing due to the air quality from the wildfire and needing to keep windows open so that our house doesn't get too hot. I feel relieved, so thank you!
