Brothers Plumbing, Heating, and Electric - Denver

Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Electric were highly recommended to me by community neighbors for installation of a whole-house humidifier and air purification system. Mark W. came out on a Monday, provided us with several options from which to choose (carefully explaining each option so we could make an informed decision), and two days later our humidifier and air purifier are installed and running. We could not be happier with the professionalism, patience (we asked a lot of questions), and responsiveness we experienced working with Mark and Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Electric. We also signed up for their Home Care Club plan (for ongoing maintenance and inspections), and we look forward to receiving continued excellent service from this top-notch company.

Second time hiring Brothers and again incredibly happy. They excelled with customer service and clearly are experts. The cost may be a little more than some others but it's worth it. Very professional, friendly, efficient and tidy. There is no other company I will call now.

Ron was very very good at resolving our cooling problem. Then he took extra time to check out more elements in system and provide estimated costs for services with np hard sale. Next time if I need AC help I will ask for him

We had a furnace issue and I called Brothers, spoke with a wonderful customer service representative and someone was at our house in less then 2 hours. He reviewed the situation, presented us with a few options ranging from replacing just the part, to replacing the whole furnace and it was clear he knew what he was talking about. He was very professional, friendly, and might have become new best friends with our dog! While having your heat go off in winter is frustrating, Brothers certainly helped us on our way to getting our heat back on (we opted to just replace the part for now), and we have a lot to think about in terms of future furnace replacement. But he presented us with information about financing and was able to give us a quote today. All very helpful, we're very pleased with the service from Brothers!

Beware! Bait and switch tactics! Scheduled a repair on an evaporative cooler. Waited weeks for an appointment. When technician arrived - was told they would only work on systems with permanent copper piping. Was NOT told that when I made the appointment. And the cost to install that little copper pipe was more than $700! Then they tried to sell me a 1-year service agreement. Deceptive business practices!

Scheduled a weekend appointment for irrigation start up in Mid-April and called on the morning of the service date to be told they don’t have anyone to cover the service and they would have to reschedule 4 weeks from now. Our yard will be dead by then with no irrigation running for another four weeks. Horrible customer service for a company that claims to make you smile. This is second year in a row that Brothers has not made their commitment to servicing my needs, so shame on me for thinking I would get a different experience by standing by them again this year. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my experience the past two years. To the sisters at Brothers, your ads are a joke and your business isn’t making people smile…

Our furnace wasn't working properly. Called Brother's Heating on Sunday. On Monday, we had a Technician come out and do an inspection. His name is Andre and after his inspection, we found out there were numerous problems with our furnace. Andre explained all of our options very knowledgeably and nicely. We determined we needed a new furnace. Andre setup a New Furnace installation for the next day. On Tuesday morning, Michael, with Brother's Heating, was here to install our furnace. Michael was so friendly and professional in his dealings with my husband and I. He explained all aspects of the installation and how to work the new system. By Tuesday afternoon, our home was nice and warm again. We thank Brother's Heating for their wonderful service and the great Technicians they have working for them. Their prompt, friendly, professional services were great! We will recommend Brother's to anyone needing heating and air conditioning service.

I have used Brother’s to turn my sprinkler off and on, furnace cleaning, and for questions about my garbage deposal. They are always professional, friendly, and super helpful. I would recommend to anyone needing any of the services they offer.

Austin was prompt, professional, courteous and thorough in his explanation of the work to be done. He walked me through all costs and options and even provided a discount when we needed to add a service because of the nature of the drainage issue. He made sure that our main sewer drain was cleared and that we were able to use our showers and toilets going into the weekend. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend for all plumbing needs!
