Andre was simply outstanding in his approach to our furnace service call. He came promptly during a very cold temperature day. Andre was kind, professional and thorough in making sure that we understood the issues and alternatives with our furnace repairs. He took the time to assess the performance of various aspects of the system. He allowed us to ask questions during his evaluation. He explained the purpose and consequences of the the various tests he performed. I could tell that he possesses a high level of technical understanding of the equipment and measurement tools. Unlike previous experiences with other professionals, he spoke to us at a level that was understandable by homeowners. He asked questions and explained the benefits of upgrading our furnace from one-stage to two-stage, but did not insist on selling us a new furnace. The charges were transparent and fair for the work he performed. I will ask for Andre back whenever we need assistance in the future. Job well done, Andre! Thank you.

I just wanted a quote to add a spigot on the back of my home, simple project. They call before 8 am to tell me if I want to know how much it will cost, I'll have to give them $70 to come tell me.

Any place that charges you to come quote work makes their money on quotes and is never price competitive as they try to get you into the sunk cost fallacy. Hard pass, they obviously don't want the work.

Brothers is great. They are very reliable and extremely good at what they do. I've had them fix from HVAC to plumbing to electrical issues and always an excellent job.

Scott and Austin provided excellent service. They were friendly, professional, and communicated clearly. The smoke test inspection was effective and showed two toilets that had been installed incorrectly. I am very pleased with the work done.

Anthony installed an exterior copper line with my EVAP startup and checkup. He was professional, knowledgeable, and answered my myriad of questions, and gave me tips on running my system and what to keep an eye on. His work was clean, and completed in the time expected, and he was pleasant to talk with.
I had to call for a technician, this time Adrian came out. He worked thru a minor leak on the EVAP water line, was loose packing nut in the spigot that was revealed after Anthony installed the new line.
Great service from the office staff to the technicians at Brother's, and I look forward to trusting them again when needed.

This is my third time using Brothers Plumbing. They did not disappoint. I was concerned that I might have to replace my water heater, instead Richard along with his able apprentice, Joe troubleshooted my situation and gave me an excellent simple explanation of the issues to be addressed and options to correct the problem along with a preventative maintenance solution that will help minimize problems in the near future. Richard was happy to explain the problems, options and answer all of my questions. I am happy with result and Richard and Joe’s professionalism, expertise and courtesy. Also, they left the work areas clean and neat!

Matthew was fantastic! We had been struggling to find the source of our electrical issue and he was able to diagnose the issue & get it repaired in no time! The company was also great in getting someone out here so quickly. We will continually use Brothers from now on for all our electrical needs!

Install new whole home humidifier on furnace. Mark even arrived a bit early which was great. Gave me a great overview with pricing so the decision to move forward was an easy one. He was able to locate the model we decided on and install it the same day. Because of the age of our furnace there were some electrical issues which he was able to resolve for a completely successful installation. As a side note, this is not the first time we have used Brothers. They also did an amazing job on a huge mitigation project.

Excellent service by Hector. Very professional and explained all of what was required. This was warranty work but he did it quickly and with aa great attitude.

I was just needing an estimate for future water heater replacement & a couple of other small plumbing repairs.Robert arrived on time, was very knowledgable & friendly & reviewed the estimate with me as well as answering other questions.
I will definitely use Brothers in the future & refer to my friends & family.
