Brothers Plumbing, Heating, and Electric - Denver

This is the third time we've used this business and it has been a positive experience every time. Ganon and Jason were on time, professional, and explained very thoroughly what was going on while giving us multiple options on moving forward. They were great and I would be confident recommending them to any friends or family. Thanks, y'all!

I had a great experience with this company. I initially called them to get a part for my water heater installed, but the technician was able to discover there was a gas leak outside of my home. The technician was very friendly, professional, and patient. He even came to the house twice in one day to help figure out the problem. The technicians and the members who fielded my calls were extremely helpful and went out of their way to service me.

Scott did a fantastic job on our water hammer issue, as well as replacing 2 outdoor faucets, and installing a new outdoor faucet. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. The workspace was like he was never there, he was very tidy. This was our 3rd try with a plumber, so we are very happy with the results.

Had our furnace go out and Brothers was able to get a tech out that day for an evaluation. Our furnace and AC units needed to be replaced (reached the end of their lifespan) and Brothers was able to get a team out in 2 days to replace both. On a weekend no less. There was no additional charge for the weekend install - what a pleasant surprise. All of their employees were knowledgeable, friendly, on time and clean. We were very happy with the overall service and experience we had with Brothers and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Update: our remodel plans changed so we called Joe back to correctly install the laundry hook ups and permanently close up an oddly placed toilet. We are set to move forward with our remodel plans.Joe was on time, wore shoe covers, and explained the options to us. The bathroom/laundry room is getting remodeled so in the end it wasn't worth the money to fix the current problem. We appreciate him being open and honest about that. He took the time to answer others questions we had as well. We will call again if we should ever need plumbing help.

My review is more for Joe than Brothers itself, though the company was timely and efficient. I will be returning to Brothers for future plumbing needs.

Joe R. is an incredibly likable plumber. He fixed a broken pipe in no time at all, and was a joy to chat with and learn from. He clearly knows the tools of his trade, and I trust the work he does.

Cody was our technician for a plumbing repair due to a toilet leak. He was right on time and very professional. The toilet was fixed completely, and he even took a quick look at a second toilet we had a question about. Cody was very friendly and I really appreciated his work and willingness to answer questions.

I've used Brothers twice now, once for electrical work and now for plumbing. Both experiences have been very positive.

Sergio, the plumber worked clean, was professional and communicated the scope of work clearly, highly recommend his work.

It's nice to have one number to call for HVAC, plumbing and electric as many times a complicated repair requires all three trades and Brothers has experts in each.

I called for a general electrical issue we were having. Jose and Roman came out on time, in the rain and were exceedingly professional. They were knowledgeable, friendly (dog friendly) and thorough. They fixed the issue we were having and double checked to ensure there were no more problems. I highly recommend Jose and Roman, as well as Brothers for any needs you might have.

Had an issue with a leaky old furnace humidifier. Only needed it disconnected and capped off to avoid future water issue. Tech was awesome! Fixed it quick, tested it and checked the furnace. Great great job. Highly recommended! Thanks
