We had our commercial A/C unit stop working on a 96 degree day recently. I called Finney Mechanical because they were close and it was a great decision. Gary came out promptly and diagnosed the issue. He returned a short time later with the parts and we were back in business. GREAT JOB and I highly recommend this company. These guys are the professionals!

Gary showed up at the expected time and was very professional. It was a quick fix to get my AC unit functioning again. Gary gave me some tips on maintaining the health of the AC unit. I will definitely be utilizing Finney Mechanical for all my HVAC needs.

Gary was awesome! He has over 20 years of boiler experience and does all the boiler work himself. I found him to be very conscientious and thorough. We needed a small section of our existing radiant heating hose disconnected from our current system to turn that room into a wine/cold room. Our current boiler guy as well as a couple others either didn't know how or didn't want to mess with it. Gary immediately knew what to do and very efficiently handled it so we could move forward with our project. He was priced very fairly, and we are now also having him move forward with several other projects for us. He also handles HVAC and air conditioning. So happy to find an honest contractor who cares about his customers. He will be my go to guy from now on!

We started working with Finney Mechanical in 2018. Back then, everything was great and Gary went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. This year, things seem to have deteriorated. In September, we scheduled a furnace cleaning and thermostat install for 10/7. Due to a scheduling error, we were bumped to 10/17. On 10/17, work was done and we were told things looked great. On 10/26, our heat went out. At first, they were going to respond same day but due to another scheduling error we were bumped to 10/28. On 10/28, we were told there was a bad wire and issue was resolved. Heat went out again on 11/10. No response to date after phone calls and messages. Hired someone else to see what can be done and now we're looking at a new furnace.

Beyond impressed with Finney Mechanical. Took care of our swamp cooler start up and shut down for years and even fixed a small issue our float was having. Definitely recommend! The technicians are always respectful and thorough with their work. We were so happy we decided to go with Finney when it was time to upgrade from a swamp cooler to an HVAC unit. Finney handled everything, was in touch, and available throughout the process. Our entire family is thrilled with the final product and we will continue to use them for the foreseeable future! 5+ years of dependability

I can't speak highly enough of Finney Mechanical. Gary is amazing and made me feel taken care of after getting a few estimates from different companies and feeling like I was getting different answers from everyone, I felt like I could trust him and I'm glad I did.

He installed a tankless water heater for me that I am so happy with. The installation was perfectly done by his professional and friendly team and it was done in half the time all of the other companies had told me it would take. He also had a smart way of installing it that will end up saving me even more on my heating bills in the future.
