I initially chose Finney because they were very responsive to my request for a quote and when Ron came out to look at what needed to be done, he was professional, courteous and very pleasant. When Ron and Anthony came to do the work, they were quick and efficient and found a way to get the work done significantly more quickly that originally estimated (and the initial estimate was very reasonable) and without punching any additional holes in my house. I would definitely use Finney again and highly recommend them!

I enjoyed working with Finney Mechanical. The company is honorable. They couldn't get the unit they quoted so they gave us a better unit without raising the price. The installation was professional, prompt and on time. The workers were great and so is the office staff in promptly responding to my request. I highly recommend Finney Mechanical for the value and their integrity and have to family and friends. I'll have them back when were ready to add AC to our unit.

We had a complicated situation with our HVAC system and were told to replace it by several companies. After a recommendation from a friend I called Finney.

Gary and his team came in and offered us a fair price to repair it instead and get what use we can from our existing system and also make it more efficient. It took a few days in total (again, it was complicated), but the team stayed until the job was done each day and they were responsive when we had any questions or concerns along the way. Very happy with the repair thus far! Thank you guys 😊

Finney Mechanical is awesome! We woke up early to cold air blowing out of our vents. Our house was chilly and of course, snow was in the forecast. I called Finney Mechanical expecting to leave a message (it was early), but Gary answered! Gary was honest (asked me when our filters had last been replaced) and kind. He got us scheduled for that morning with his son, Tyler. Tyler came out and spent time going through our whole furnace to find the issue. Turns out it was a dirty area behind the blower - a safety switch tripped because of the dirt. So, we just needed a good maintenance visit and Tyler took great care of us! We will absolutely use Finney Mechanical moving forward. It's so special to find businesses that truly care about their customers and want to build a relationship with them. I feel fortunate to have found Finney Mechanical!

Finley has been out to baby along my heater several times now. I would not call anybody else. They are always friendly, professional, and responsive. Huge thanks to Gary and to our technician, Ron, who delayed his evening to keep us safe and comfy on a cold night.

Gary Finney went above and beyond to provide the most effective and efficient heating for my home turn of the century home. His crew is skilled, professional and friendly but Gary is also personally always a part of every service provided. He's responsive. He quickly turned up at my home when the furnace went out at 8:00 pm on a Saturday night. He had the part in his truck and made an immediate repair. I recommend Finney Mechanical highly.
