Had Ron come out and work on our furnace. He quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired and tested to make sure we're good to go. Very professional!! Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Gary & Jered were incredibly communicative, professional & responsive in coordinating/scheduling my appointment short notice. It decided to snow in September & my thermostat was fried. Ron came out & not only answered all of my questions but made me feel comfortable with the process. I will be using them again.

The customer service from every one of the employees at Finney is professional, courteous and top notch! The kind you don’t see much of anymore. No waiting for for call backs, no “time window”. Excellent service. Furnace was broke, 10 degrees weather on the way. This company worked us in same day because they knew we had no heat. Had it running within an hour. Highly recommend.

My air went out and been out for 2 weeks now they took the job to fix it! The first time they was suppose to come the guy lied and said he knocked on my door and no answered the second day someone was suppose to show no answered the phone nor text I sent to see if the man was coming! Still to this day my A/C is out and I have small kids in the home. They havent offered anything and Denver Heat is in the high 90s and low 100!

A few months into our new Trane and we are saving money on our e bill. Had Finney out today to change the filter. Great service and positive can do attitudes . Thanks team Finney ! Upgrade your HVAC it pays for itself

I am a disabled Vietnam Era woman veteran, and most times I do not get such great service and help, as I am constantly being "pushed aside"--so I appreciate the professionalism, respect, and help that I received so timely and awesome. Nothing but kudos to the folks at Finney Mechanical, LLC. They go above and beyond, it's so awesome to see a company like this still exists in this day and age. I had them come out to do my Spring Start Up for my swamp cooler. I just moved in and had NO idea how it worked. Finney came out and talked me through everything, they told me how to maintain the system, and what types of issues to look for, etc.. I couldn't believe how they went the extra mile.

Today, my swamp cooler belt busted, Finney came by within 3 hours and fixed it right up - going the extra mile to explain the problem to me. I love that I Ron (from Finney) also casually talked to me about winterizing in a way that was no pressure at all. Just a no frills explanation of it for swamp coolers and when it should be done with our crazy CO weather. I was just so happy to feel taken care of by Finney Mechanical, LLC and I will always call them back to take care of any HVAC issues.
