Called in on the day before the 4th of July holiday and Chris showed up first thing in the morning after the holiday and promptly took care of the problem! Thank you Chris and Swan for taking care of me in a timely and professional manner!
Called in for a possible gas leak. Tyler promptly showed up the next day, tested everything out and even installed a critical update to the circuit board. No gas leak was found! Tyler was courteous and explained everything perfectly. Thank you Tyler and Swan for your prompt and professional service!

This company is AMAZING, I highly reccomend them. My cellar flooded due to frozen pipe busting, taking out my furnace and water boiler. They came out right away and got to work asap within one day everything was installed. Humberto, Tyler, Jared, TJ and Michael were all super professional, respectful and friendly. I couldn't be more happy that I found this company.

I have been looking for a new company to service my older boiler and decided to give Swan a try. John & Raphael came out today from Swan and gave my heating system a full review, were very thorough, and gave me an estimate for the recommended repairs that seem reasonably priced. I feel that they really know boilers and I am glad to have them as my boiler service company. I signed up for the Swan Club membership and they waived the fee for coming out today. I hope that I don't need repairs, but if I do, I feel like I have a company to call that I can trust.

I attempted to use their services for routine maintenance on my AC unit at home. There were offering a special price. I scheduled over a month in advance and they cancelled the morning of. I was put in the back of the line and was forced to reschedule a month out. Today was supposed to be the day, but they cancelled again and offered to reschedule another month out. I was told both times it was due to technicians quitting. I am giving two stars because at least they called to communicate, which I appreciated.

Chris did an outstanding, profession job installing a new kitchen sink & disposal that required installing and rerouting drain pipes, replacing all materials both in out kitchen and basement. Excellent, streamlined installation professionally done! Great guy to work with. Have plenty of future projects. Best plumber I have ever used in my past 70 years!!!

I have nothing but the best to say about Swan. They have fixed my heating and a/c about 4 years ago. And they have serviced it as well. I have not had one problem with either, they are professional and knowledgeable about what my house needed at an affordable price. They have not charged me for anything I didn't need. Again amazing company!

I've used Swan several times now and honestly they have my business for life. They consistently provide the best service.
Last year, I had my furnace replaced and not only were they completely transparent during the entire process, they caught a mistake that mulitple companies had missed. Every time I have Swan come out to the house, I know that they will be thorough and professional.

This morning, we had the A/C unit checked on before the heat of the summer arrives. Michael, the technician, was extremely prompt and professional. Couldn't recommend Swan enough!

Hi - Justin and Sam installed a new furnace in our home (5330 E. Cedar) yesterday and we were VERY pleased with their professionalism, thoughtfulness, and conscientiousness. They worked very hard from morning until early evening and our home looks like no one was here - it's clean and neat. The furnace seems to work great, and Justin patiently explained all the details about the unit and the new thermostat. Although we didn't have much interaction with Sam, other than pleasantries on his way in and out of the house, he was very polite and deferential. We did speak extensively with Justin who is knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations and pleasant and well-spoken in our conversations with him.
A good word also for Matt and Will who were our initial contacts re. the furnace and who were also great representatives of your company. Will was here a couple of times and was very conscientious in his testing of our furnaces (two separate units), and Matt was very responsive to our email and phone queries after we purchased the new unit.

The guys at Swan were very professional, arrived on time and did a good job servicing my condenser. They also shared some issues with my furnace that need attention. I was not in the position to deal with them at the time but will think about it in the future.

I drove 1 hour to a scheduled appointment which had a 2 hour window. After waiting for 2 hours for no one to show up, I had to call the office to confirm the technician, Thomas Tomilson, was not going to come, after I recieved an email saying they were on the way. Unreliable and unprofessional - will be moving ahead with another contractor who shows up on during scheduled windows.
